Kissing the Enemy
I have a secret.I still have a crush on Beckett Clark.
And that would be cool and all if it weren’t for one thing.
He’s my sworn enemy.
Or at least he should be. That’s what my family tells me.
His parents own the giant grocery store that’s putting my family’s mercado out of business.
But Beckett isn’t his parents. And I’m not mine.
Yet I know I can’t betray my family like that.
Who cares that he kept up with my life on social media even after I went away to boarding school.
Who cares that he took a punch standing up to some douchebag who made a creepy move on me.
Who cares that he opens doors for me and makes my insides shake and shiver every time he looks at me.
He’s off limits. He can’t ever be mine.So I’ll just keep crushing on Beckett Clark and wishing things could be different.

Before I even get started on reading, wait for no lol! Before I even get started on this review, I am going to mention something about Dakota...
I’ve wanted a book with Dakota and Alana.. okay, I got it with Alana. Now I am waiting for the author to write this book about Dakota and some mystery guy. I do wonder if it’s one of Nash’s friends. Who knows... I am going to be checking none stop for that next book too lol.
But anyway, back to Alana story... I liked that Beckett wasn’t taking no for an answer when it came to his feelings for Alana. He proved her wrong when it came to her family, not liking him (well more so her Abuela)...
He proved a lot to her by coming to Europe and transferring to Kiss... that is what I liked. A lot of people need guys like that... but she was annoying in Europe though; because she was a downer just because he wasn’t there with her. I think her friends dealt with their boyfriends, not being there with them all the time...

This book departs from the first two in the series in that the most of it takes place away from Kissinger Academy. Alana Morales, one of the scholarship students, goes home to South Carolina for Christmas break and encounters her first crush, a wealthy young man named Beckett Clark. Beckett is definitely interested in Alana, but Alana sees a relationship as impossible. For one thing, he attends the school in South Carolina, while Kissinger Academy is in California. Second, Beckett belongs to the Clark family, owners of the large grocery store across the street from the tiny family owned Guatemalan food store. Her grandmother hates the Clarks, and Alana knows the entire family wouldn’t approve. But Beckett doesn’t seem to want to take no for an answer. I enjoyed watching this couple find their way, eliminating one obstacle after another.

To Easy
Beckett won over Alana's Aunt to easily to have ever been considered an enemy. Beckett seemed to win everything just a little to easily.
Loved the romance part of the story. Alana's acceptance of Beckett's past was written a bit to terse. It was a wonderful response to the ex.
I wish there was a 4 1/2 star to push.

Love it love it love it!!!!!
I loved all the books from this collection!!! I finished all 3 of them in one dayyyy:)) each story had me on edge and at the same time smiling so hard that my cheeks started to hurt 😂! I really can’t wait for Dakotas story now I’m going to be thinking about her story till it comes out

Sweet and clean
Alana and Beckett grew up together through middle school. Then Alana got a soccer scholarship to Kiss across the country. When they happened to run into each other during Christmas break, sparks fly, but the obstacles between them are seemingly insurmountable. Well, they are to Alana, but Beckett plays with his goal in mind!
