This is a well-organized, easy to follow book that walks you through the basics of the Law of Attraction, talks about mindfulness, and gives you specific meditations and mindfulness exercises to practice on your own. Topics range from health, nutrition, and pain relief to mental wellness, wealth, and relationships. There is also space in the book to journal and reflect on the exercises after you've completed them.

This is a great guide for beginners, but I think people who are more advanced in these areas will also find something to take away. If you're looking for a primer on the ideas set forth in works like Byrne's The Secret or the Hicks' The Law of Attraction, this is the book for you!

I received a free copy of this book, but that did not influence my review.

This was a quick read, full of the usual trappings of this ilk of book.

The main difference being in the sheer number of individual guided meditations provided.

Before finishing the book, I made sure I bookmarked the meditation I see myself utilising the most, and I certainly aim to do more loving-kindness meditations.

It was ok. But as fluffy as most new agey kind of stuff. Based in usable ideas from psychology and positive thinking it is interesting and useful with a grain of salt. Like “the Secret” with less bullshit

Very informative

I felt like I was reading the words of a zen master. Nothing was over sold, and the concepts and practices were easy to understand and To implement.
