When the hero rescued the heroine in distress something happened to him. He started to fall in love with the heroine and wanted to be more than her "hero", he wanted everything with her. The plot was pretty amazing, I just have some serious issues reading some of Sheri's books because it seems so damn far fetched! Sorry!!

Like a man possessed!!!!! Seems to me that Dylan finally found Julia, but will she have anything to do with him? He saved her from kidnappers. Then she went missing for 8 months. Dylan is so intense he scares Julia. He may be sexy. . . he may be viral.... she knows he is a sensual danger to her.
How to resist such an uncompromisingly sexy man? Julia had fought long to keep her individuality. Will she allow herself to be swept into Dylan's conflicting world where secrets, scandals and the sensual danger of becoming his wife that could awaited her? It was a fast read. I love Sheri Whitefeather.
She brings knowledge and truth to the Indian way of life. Her books are memorable. 4.5 stars.

I liked this book from the beginning. The plot got thick and interesting right away. When Dylan Trueno rescued Julia Alcott 8 months ago something happened to him. He was intantly fasinated by her, but when she suddenly dissapeared 8 months ago, he went on a mad search for her. When he finally finds her she has changed her appearence and goes by "JJ", but she will always be Julia to him. Trying to convince her to marry him is his goal, and is hard for her to refuse, but when secrets that he kept from her come out, Julia isnt sure he wants her for the right reasons. Lovely book with a sweet epilogue.

It was okay. Don't get me wrong- I'm all for he alpha male take my woman because she's mine books, but if you don't match them up with a strong woman... the alpha man kind of looks like a bully. A big bully.

If this book was placed in the real world, the characters would come across as very very superficial and the hero cowboy would be placed in jail for stalking. Trite story with trite characters...NOT a good read.
