This is a brilliant read with real life stories, many self care practices that anyone can do. Also in this book are the many different forms of healing practices with in depth explanations delivering the reader with lots of knowledge. I feel I now have many tools to assist in my own personal healing and self care Journey and how to use and trust my own intuition after reading this Wonderful book. I Definitely recommend Reading this book
