Even though I don’t work in the marketing world, this book was full of helpful tips on how to relate to not just customers/clients but also your general, everyday relationships! Plus, Slavin’s writing was easily digestible and very relatable!

Profound connections

Engagement is more than simply connecting by pushing a button to send a text or post an ad. True engagement takes thought and correction to truly reach others where they live, be they employees or customers. An important concept for business and life, and a game changer for companies seeking to make a difference in the marketplace. The illustrations and questions to raise on the path of action are most effective. Bravo Ms Slavin!
