This book had many good concepts and some great ideas. However as much as the author didn't want to make it into a meditation book, it felt a lot like one. I am all about finding silence and "floating" during times of stress and anxiety. However, as a stay at home Mom to 3 kids, I felt it wasn't logical to just stop and find silence at any time during my day. I was hoping this book would be more about living and finding joy in the moment especially during stressful times, but it was more about o ...more
