This book was terrific in explaining where weight gain comes from and how to prevent it and also LOSE it. He goes into detail about fat and how much you can have and how to avoid it and what foods are good to eat. He talks about exercise and the best realistic way to get in shape. Anyway, there is a lot of information and I already feel like I want to re-read it to get what I've missed - I borrowed it from my in-laws but I really think I need to just buy it as a reference!
