Steam, swoons, sizzling chemistry, and romance for days!

Ladies and gentlemen, *this* was romance. No Vacancy is the kind of book that you want to get lost and swept away in. Joe and Cat have the kind of love I want to daydream about and that makes reading romance such a great escape. These two were fantastic characters on their own and perfection together. There wasn’t a second that I didn’t root for them. Also, can we get a round of applause for the deliciousness that is Joseph Kellan Hunter!

Oh my lord!!!! No Vacancy is such a heartwarming and gorgeous romance that made me feel so good and full of warmth and love for these characters. It’s low on angst and so goddamn romantic. I couldn’t ask for more. The steam is off the charts thanks to Joe and his filthy mouth. He’s such a good man and it was amazing to see him with his parents, Samantha and Lucas who has their own book Always You, and with his brother in law Owen, from Finding Me. No Vacancy can easily be read as a standalone

Gah, I loved this book! Stephanie Rose is so talented—she can make me swoon and my heart palpitate with a sweet, sexy love story that's low on drama and high on feels. And that's exactly why she (and this book) is one of my favorites.

No Vacancy is perfect instalovey goodness. Joe and Caterina may fall fast, but so did I . . . with both of them. Caterina, who is overcoming the painful end of her relationship and rediscovering what it is to live, and Joe, whose dirty mouth hides a huge, gentle heart and a sh

You had me at mozzarella sticks...

But seriously, though, Joe's ability to feed a girl all the bar apps she could ever want is secondary to his ability to DIRTY TALK. Because HELL TO THE YASSSSS can he bring it. He also brings the swoon factor. So I wouldn't kick him out of bed for eating crackers. Love the way Caterina finally finds herself through this chance meeting and the journey the two take.

“If I’m being too forward,” I threaded my fingers into her hair, smiling as her eyes fluttered, “tell me to stop.”
She’d come in flustered and upset, and the last thing I wanted to do was take advantage. If she asked me to stop, I would. Although I wanted this woman so badly I couldn’t see straight, I’d walk away if that’s what I had to do.
Her eyes thinned as she glided her finger along the seam of my lips. Now it was my turn to shiver. Parting my lips and holding her gaze, I sucked on the tip of her finge

“Peace among the chaos. Reminds you that there are forces bigger than you, and you have no choice but to go with the flow, sometimes.”

No Vacancy is a heartwarming romance about second chances and finding love when you least expect it.

No Vacancy follows the story of Joe and Caterina. Caterina is the good girl. She works hard and never takes time for herself. Sh

From the minute I found Ms. Rose I was in love with her work. Every time she releases I get excited because I can’t wait to read what she’s written. And each time it gets better and better. And each time she adds little surprises in there that I love. And each time I walk away more in love with her writing and characters then I ever am. And Joe and Cat’s story is no different. Almost from the minute I started I was in love. I say almost because I mean I had to read a page before I knew what was ...more

I'm always a huge fan of spin-offs and so when I heard Stephanie Rose was writing a story about Lucas and Sam's son, Joe, I couldn't wait! And let me tell you, little Joey Hunter has definitely grown up! Even if you haven't met Lucas and Sam from Always You yet, you can still enjoy No Vacancy as a standalone.

I really liked that there wasn't a lot of drama and angst in this book. The issues and problems Joe and Catarina face are realistic and understandable. Things may start off because of inst

I am filled with so many warm and fuzzy feelings after finishing this sweet book.

Caterina and Joe stole my heart. It’s apparent from their first encounter that they have a connection. Their attraction is undeniable and their chemistry is electric. Things may have started off fast and fall under the instalust/instalove category, but still it didn’t feel rushed—everything felt smooth and moved seamlessly. Caterina and Joe took time and got to

Stephanie Rose writes to-the-point romance and I really like it. It’s no-nonsense, adult romance that gets to the heart of the relationship and everything that goes along with it. Her Second Chances series (read it) sucked me in and No Vacancy has done the exact same thing.

Caterina Longo and Joe Hunter have that mutual first attraction. It’s so strong you feel it all over. Their chemistry is electric. Both characters had that pull, magnetism, it made you want to know them, share in their victor

Stephanie Rose's writing continues to impress. No Vacancy is heartwarming with plenty of sexy moments, delicious scenes and a high swoon factor. Joe Hunter is a sweetheart with a dirty-talking side. And Caterina has finally found the man that will help her see her self-worth.

In my opinion this is Author Stephanie Rose's best book yet. As someone who lives in New Jersey, it was a wonderful treat to read about a familiar location. The attraction between Joe and Caterina sizzles throughout the nov

No Vacancy is beyond wonderful. Stephanie Rose has upped her game once more with this unexpected, love at first sight kind of romance. One that had me swooning and sighing all over the place as Joe and Caterina meet and find that perfect someone neither ever thought they would find. And certainly not that fast. But it all makes sense as the beach getaway Cat and her girlfriends embark upon suddenly becomes the beginning of the most beautiful, "I can't keep my hands off of you" kind of relationsh ...more

I’ve never disliked anything that Stephanie Rose has written. I definitely LOVED No Vacancy more than anything else though. This book is so real. The story sucks you in will demand you out of everything until it’s finished. Absolute perfection.

Can a summer fling become a love of a lifetime???

That is the question Stephanie Rose answers in her latest novel No Vacancy.

This is a love story that is swoony, sexy and overall heartwarming. It gave me the warm fuzzies while reading it. I melted everytime Joe opened his mouth. He was the perfect mix of swoon and dirty ;)

When I started this book I just thought it was a standalone novel by Stephanie/>/>~

So many stars, I loved this book so much. And yes, I am already following the author everywhere...and yes, she knows, because I am subtle like that. How I have went this long having never read a Stephanie Rose idea. I feel like I should apologize for that, and consider this the apology. So glad I won this book, because that mishap has all been corrected. Such a fantastic writer. This book is nothing but highlights, because I highlighted everything...see, great...just sayin.

No Vacancy is the kind of book that makes you want to sit down with your favorite drink, get real comfy and luxuriate in the swoon that is Cat & Joe!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Stephanie Rose is the Queen of perfecting the quintessential book boyfriend and if it's even possible I fell for Joe quicker than my last Rose hero! Just a few chapters in and he had me!

Responsible, straight laced, workaholic Caterina Longo is having a really bad day, she just walked in on her boyfrie

Can you really fall in love in such a short time? I really enjoy when authors do spin offs. Especially of the couples children. If you've read Stephanie's other books, you know that this is Lucas and Samantha's son in Always You and Bella's brother in 'Finding Me'. They are definitely standalones but worth the reads.

This book has all the attraction, the chemistry , the dirty talking Joe, the complications of long distance relationshipping.

I'll be honest, most times I'm not a fan of love at first sight. But with Caterina and Joe - holy smokes! Bring it on!! From the moment she stepped into his bar and he made her mozzarella sticks, I just knew these two had something special. Author Stephanie Rose is quickly becoming a one-click author for me. Her stories are sweet, sexy, and totally swoon-worthy.

After breaking up with her boyfriend, Caterina is headed off to vacation early in Ocean Cove, New Jersey. A little time at the beach by herself is just what she needs. Time for her to think and focus on herself for a change. What she doesn’t plan on is meeting Joe, the sexy owner of The Beach Pub and man who has her feeling things she’s never felt bef

One thing I really love about this author -- besides her amazing writing talent -- is that all of her stories are interconnected in some way. For the longest time I had a strong sense that I felt like I knew Joe from somewhere and then it hit me when he was talking about his brother in law Owen (whom we got to see a little bit of!) that Bella is his sister, which means *drum roll!!* that Lucas and Samantha are his parents!! And the snippets that we saw of them made me so happy!!

Yes, Stephanie knocked it out of the park with this story. Don’t get me wrong when I say sweet, it certainly doesn't diminish the content. It just means it’s not over the top. No Vacancy is the kind of "light" read I like. It was a good read to clean my palate after a row of angsty books. Joe and Caterina, the main characters, captivated me from the start.

This is a kind of love at first sight romance, but not really an insta-love kind of book, at least not in the sense I dislike. The connection between Joe and Caterina is instant, but they were aware of it, so it didn't have that insta-love fee

A No Reservations Kind of Love!
No Vacancy swept me away immediately. Once I was pulled into Cat and Joe's world, I didn't want to leave. This book is sweet and sexy!

Cat or Caterina is goal oriented, hard working, and a bit solitary. That is, until her perfectly planned future derails and she meets Joe. Joe is a sweet, sexy, dirty talking, delicious man. The spark between them is instantaneous and is intensified by their easy conversation. They communicate as if they have known

This was my first book from Stephanie Rose. I was given an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.

The story of Joe and Caterina pulls you in from the start and never lets go. You follow these fated lovers as they meet, fall in love and overcome the obstacles of merging two lives into one shared one.

Catarina Longo, of New York, heads out on vacation ahead of her friends for some alone time after being betrayed by the man she thought loved her. It is there she meets Joe Hunter, the very busy owner of a New Jersey beach bar/restaurant.

Even though she is on the heels of a very recent break up, she is drawn to him and they have an instant physical and emotional connection. I do believe in love at first site, and t
