The reason why I picked up this book can be found on page 21:
“Archeologists often discover that one tribe or culture conquered and built on the ruins of the previous occupants. We, too, build experiences one on top of the other; if we don’t reach complete resolution for an event or circumstance, we simply move on and bury it in the depths of our psyche. Eventually, these corpses from the past start decomposing, and little by little they create a stench that affects everything in our lives. At some point, we just can’t stand it anymore, and we know we need to do something about it. Fortunately, we now have the opportunity to dig with the right tools and the right help, making this journey much more effective and rewarding.”

I discovered the concept of the Akashic Records when it was mentioned in a video on YouTube uploaded by the channel Elliott Macgabhann entitled "One month in the hospital". Elliott lives with schizophrenia and in this video he talks about alternate realities and how your actions can influence which "reality" you enter into in the future. I searched on Google and learned that the Akashic Chronicle is a compendium of all human events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future. I discovered this book in particular when I searched for the Akashic Records on Goodreads.

Did not really love it

book seemed a little bit adolescent and amateur. Flow of thought was virtually unable to be followed. first do this, then do that and thsn when you are done light a fire o. a full moon and burn on a bed of ..... just amateur. i think the author probablyknows his stuff, he just cant express it cohesively. ihave great comprehension and i couldnt follow a consistent theme here

The book provides a lot of context into establishing your connection and providing direction through the process. If you haven’t accessed the records before, I can see how this book would be difficult to digest. For me, it helped understand the depth of what we’re working with. Appreciate the guide questions at the end!
