The series is a good read and follows chronological order.
However,I can only give this particular book three stars.
The reason? While there is are a few religious mentions in the previous books, this one was quoting scripture. A lot. It seemed that there was an entire chapter just quoting scripture. In reality, it was more like 4 or 5 pages. It distracted from what was going on in the storyline.
I am, however, looking forward to the next book in the series.

Good Read

Enjoy a well-written story. The introduction of ideas such as permaculture, Krav Maga, chronic wasting disease, yongmudo, Miskito culture, cyber vulnerabilities, caliber discussions, food canning, solar power, etc makes the story more realistic, and therefore interesting.

Gets better and better

Really enjoyed this third book of the series. Don't want to spoil for others so I will just the attacks are not over. The extended family are really going to have to go all out to survive what is coming.
