Kieran has stepped up to take his place as the ruler of magical San Francisco. As his girlfriend, that unfortunately means I'm under the magnifying glass. Everything I do is noticed, from how I act to how I style my hair. Most notably, of course, is how little I know about my magic.

The Hades Demigods want me on their team, and they don’t plan to ask nicely. Kieran and I

I enjoyed this one a lot probably because it was more action packed as Kieran and his dad finally go to war
Alexis and Kieran are officially together and we see her power in action
Daisy and Mordecai progress and are able to hold their own
I liked the guys and would've liked to see them get their own book
Bria remains my favorite character in this series
Moving on to the next

This book is so good it completely captured me but it is the same with every book I read by KF. She is the consummate storyteller that knows no bounds when she has a story to share. She is a true magician when she weaves her threads to pull them together to write her masterpieces. I jumped on this amazing train ride and I have enjoyed every single heart pounding minute along the way. It is an intense story of magic and Demigods and magical creatures of all kinds. It is full of action and danger, ...more

In the fourth book in K.F. Breene's Demigods of San Francisco series we see Lexi and Kieran facing their most dangerous enemies yet. Killing Valens was only the start of their problems and now that Kieran has taken his place as the ruler of San Francisco he's fully caught the attention of the other Demigods around the world. Not only are they watching to see what kind of ruler Kieran will be but they've also heard rumours about Lexi's Spirit Walker abilities. If any of them is able to capture ...more

Sometimes you just don't know whether you want to hug an author or punch them!

Not only does K.F. Breene crow bar a humongous amount of plot, funnies, smexy time, action and adventure into this book, she also throws a huge side serving of heart break into it too. It's one of those books that you shouldn't start reading just before bedtime, because there is NO WAY you will be able to put it down after only reading a few chapters. No sir-ee, once started this book will sink it's claws into you so

I am a bit upset with Ms. Breene right now! As with all of the previous books, this is now my new favorite, but I cannot tell you how embarrassing it was to read this one in public! I yelled, I screamed, I cried, I laughed and onlookers believed I was completely insane! It is all her fault!!! She broke me!

There is so much going on in this latest edition right from the start! It is a bit darker than the previous books, and a bit more sexy and sad.

There is so much more danger now that Alexis is

As expected, KF Breene didn't fail to deliver a fantastic tale that kept me turning pages until I ran out of them. I don't think I meed to elaborate much, especially if you're already a fan of her books. You already know to expect the unexpected and that you'll always enjoy the ride.

This book ... felt very much SERIES if that makes sense.
Like... I dunno the other ones you knew (figured?) there was more, but felt "yes, this is a good ending place/ things are settled for now." But this book was very "NUP THIS IS JUST A PAUSE."
That ending ... (view spoiler)

Oh my Hades...oh my Posidon!

Where do we even start?? This is the 4th book in this exceptionally good universe that K.F. Breene has created.

Now I haven't actually read any of her other work - but that will be next whilst we wait for the 5th instalment Sin & Lightning which is not that far off. And boy can it not come soon enough!!

Sin & Spirit pretty much starts off where we left off and I am very happy that whilst the first couple of books were a little bit slow burn, this book is

This series is so damn good. She broke my heart a little with this installment, but I have faith it will all be okay. As always, looking forward to the next one.

This series needs to be read in order to fully appreciate the storyline, character growth and relationship development that occurs across the series so far. Sin & Spirit has Alexis facing challenges with regards to her magic, and she has moments of self doubt regarding her capabilities and her place by Kieran's side.

I've really enjoyed reading this series so far. I love Alexis and Kieran, and all the secondary characters ( Kieran's 6, Bria ), but once again my favourite character is

One of the sadder installments

I felt a bit like the story was finished with the last book but this new arc was shoe horned in there to continue the story. Of course, I love reading more of a good series but this one wasn’t my favorite even though it was still quite good.

Now that Valens has been killed, Kieran and Alexis have to learn to navigate in this new role as the head of San Francisco. Plus, even though Lexi was able to harness her control of her magic to beat Valens, she’s still woefully

You'd think after all the drama of Sin & Salvation Kieran & Lexi would deserve some peace & quiet , sadly others have different idea's & while the little family are more than capable of defending themselves nothing comes without a cost & the price is almost too much to bear , grab your hankies because you will need them & maybe a hug too . The upside is Lexi is a strong woman & so is her ward Daisy , my favourite lines in the entire book surround that awesome girl who ...more

4 Spirit Walker Stars!

Yay! I feel like I have been waiting for this book forever and I'm so glad to have finally gotten it. I forgot how much I love this series, especially the humor. I love Alexis and her logic, it makes her so relatable, and I always love Kieran. I do wish we had more couple time with them though, especially because some parts did drag a bit and the couple time always makes up for it.

This book was also a bit more sad than any of the previous ones, and a little heartache and a

Sin & Spirit is the 4th book in the Demigods of San Francisco series.
We meet back up with Kieran, Lexi & the rest of their crew. We also get to meet some new characters.... good, bad, or otherwise....
This was a roller coaster of a ride. It’s packed with everything needed to keep you on the edge of your seat & turning page after page.
I can’t wait to see what K.F. Breene has in store for us in book 5!!

Wow

Another fantastic read by KF Breene. The story picked up perfectly where it left off, with edge of your seat page turning adventure. I’ve already pre-ordered the next in the series. Read it all at once, late into the night. Can’t wait to see what happens next. Highly recommend.

Daidybis still the best character

Good plot movement in this installment. Alexis still spends most of her time freaking out or whining, so her character growth is limited. She can't think her way out of a paper bag, leaving everyone else to run the show. Daidybis still my favorite character and definitely deserves her own series.

I wasn't sure where the author was going to go with Book 4 after Sin and Salvation tied up a few loose ends but I'm happy to say that a whole new set of delicious intrigue has presented itself in this fantastic series. If you haven't read the previous three books, be warned as there will be slight spoilers below (and if you haven't, what are you waiting for???). I'll also note that you really need to as these aren't standalones even though some of the background is repeated as it's been a short ...more

It seems like forever since I read the third book in Breene’s Demigod of San Francisco series. I was beginning to think that she may have discontinued the series. Turns out she hasn’t and this book by my favorite paranormal, supernatural author was worth the wait. Unfortunately, now I’ll have to wait another seven months before the 5th book Sin and Lightning comes out.
As this story opens demigod Kieran has taken the place of his father Valens as the head of the magical government of San

Sin & Spirit #4

I have been waiting so long for Sin & Spirit to finally be released, it did not disappoint. The wait was well worth it! There were so many moments that were my favorite. Lexi growing even stronger as she learns even more facets about her power and what she can actually do. Kieran a real chess player within the magical world of Demigod leadership.
Lexi is doubting herself in her magical ability, her standing in the magical world, her role in there relationship and what she

Wow! What an amazing story.

The S&S story is perfect. I love revisiting all of the characters and getting a deeper look at them individually as well as a group. The author has done another super awesome job with this world and it's characters. This is still a unique and original story unlike any I've read before. Kieran and Lexi are still one of my all-time favorite couples.

Before I assume the Sin & Spirit gush position, can we all just take a moment to pray that Breene never, ever loses the ability to type or dictate her outrageously addictive stories? I mean, come on... genius is walking amongst us people!!! Eat a flipping apple pie and celebrate (and yes... unlike Food Network chefs, I like my desserts sweet and fattening AF, the way God intended).

Demigod Kieran has officially replaced his father and I must say he is rocking the San Fran domination out!

Book 4 in K.F.'s Demigods of San Francisco series, another fantastic addition, full to the brim with a whole host of things going on, this one will have you on the edge of your seat and be pulling on your heartstrings at the same time!!

Kieran has stepped up into the role of Demigod for San Francisco after he and Alexis took out his Dad in the last book. There's a lot more to this role than Alexis thought, she's still the same simple girl, magically untrained and down to earth, she has been flung

I love these characters and I just don't offer my love for characters lightly. I've been won over since the first book in the series. To date, I think Alexis is my favorite heroine of Breene’s, and she has some great female leads. In this book, Breene doesn’t shy from the internal emotional struggles Alexis experiences, and it’s so refreshing. She doesn’t pretend everything is sunshine and rainbows. She fully embraces her struggles and leads you to battle those emotions with her. The characters are all established, so it allows her to delve more into some of the secondary characters like Kieran’s Six and her wards; especially ...more

SIN AND SPIRIT

In the beginning of book 4 Alexis and Kieran have survived taking down Valens, the Demigod who was Kierans father. They have a loving, committed relationship and she’s trying to navigate through the magical community to find her place in it.
Alexis wasn’t trained in her magic. Her mother raised her in ignorance to keep her father, Magnus the Demigod from Hades, from knowing about her strong magical skills as a Spirit Walker. Now she’s trying to catch up on her own and prove she’s

A bang and a boom. That’s what I’d say “Sin & Spirit” starts off with and the rollercoaster never seems to end for Lexi and team. I’m so thrilled that this author decided to revisit this series with three more books as the storyline was barely getting started when we last left San Francisco.

For those of you unaware, this is NOT a standalone book, it is actually book #4 in a snark filled, action packed series about a gal trying to stay under the radar in a semi-magic filled world [with
