An epic, MM forbidden romance from USA Today Bestselling Author Ella James...

You think you know me.
That’s the way I want it.
Making you feel like we know each other—like we could go grab a beer sometime—is part of my job. Maybe the most vital part.

It doesn’t hurt that I’m easy on the eyes, single at 35, and born richer than sin. My aesthetic matters much more than it sho

It was ok.

-kind of taboo (for some reason I wasn't shocked?!)

-loved Vance.Didn't care much for Luke but I'm hoping to love him more in the next book.

-way too many sex scenes in the first half (can't believe I'm actually complaining about that). It's a shame because these guys are really hot but you know the saying too much of a good thing...?

-I'm definitely interested enough to read the next one.

Available on KU.

Is it November yet??????????

Worship starts with a bang, so hot and mysterious.

Then an incredible unexpected twist happens * and no, I am not going tell ya what* 😈 making of this one of the most refreshing plots I read lately.

I am a sucker for a forbidden love story.

Dear Author, hurry up and PLEASE don't let us down!!

First of all… is it November 11 yet?? It’s rare for me to feel like I have to read something the very day it’s released, but I will this time. This one has me ON THE HOOK.

I love the story arc here. It might seem somewhat familiar —(view spoiler)— but it has a bit of a different take. The character’s struggle isn’t what it might seem at first blush.

Both Luke and Vance endeared themselves to me. It didn’t happen righ

Eh. Why did I read this? Actually, I know why -- it was because some reviewers were saying it has too much sex. "Too much sex"? What is that? Those words act as a lure rather than a repellent.

The real question isn't why I started reading it, but why I kept on reading it. And it wasn't because of the sex -- which was pretty much all front-loaded, followed by an extended (view spoiler) separation in which the MCs didn't cross paths. My inter

Maybe my expectations were too high?

I expected to be blown away.
I expected to be faschizzed the flock out.

I wasn't. Unfortunately.

I liked it but love was not in the cards for me and this bookie.

What I liked:

⫸ There is a certain appeal with the whole forbidden trope and that part was done well and held my interest.

⫸ The sex is kind of tongue slap your brains out hot.

⫸ James does a good job of giving both of these men distinct voices.

⫸ The way they meet is unusual and kind of hu
3.5 ⭐️ This was a tough one to rate, but since I’m dying to get to book two, I’d say this was a winner.

I won’t lie, I almost quit. Never thought I would think there was too much sex too soon, but I did. I’m glad I hung in there! Absolutely loved this refreshing take on 🤐 (don’t want to spoil anything).

I would have given it 4 stars but there was just way too many blow jobs. It’s my least favorite thing to read during sexy times, so for there to be so much of it 🙄. I’m more of a “stick it in alr

So first when I saw it said “forbidden” my pervy ass that needs to blessed by Jesus and bathe in holy water assumed some long lost brothers shit 😬

I was not expecting what I got so it really lost some of the sauce it started with. Don’t get me wrong it still got the juice but as someone who grew up in the church I was not surprised that those who lead and preach that of following the lord are often the ones who have sins on top of sins.

Vance and Paul are amazing together and I loved the little g

Apparently, teasing Moony is bad for karma, but if this is the result, I’m not planning to stop anytime soon.

For me, the key to enjoying this book has been going into it with mixed expectations.
I knew there had to be something good (because Jan and Moony loved it), but I also knew there were things to not take too seriously. I wasn’t disappointed, on both counts.

There’s a lot of sex here and the (view spoiler)

Wow...5 stars for me. A few errors that I easily overlooked as I devoured this book. I expected a smutfest and I was okay with that. 😁. Yes, this book was off the charts hot but then around the halfway mark the feels started, the sex stopped, and the entire tone of the book changed for me...and it became a 5-star read. The last half of the book sees little to no interaction between Vance and Luke and yet I was still completely invested. I loved how the author was able to make me feel the anticip ...more

5+++ Vance and Luke

Oh, my freaking goodness! That was freaking awesome !! Great to get surprised by an author! I didn’t expect this, not in a thousand years.

Oh boy, one fine intriguing story. I was thrilled by its content! Hot hot af!

So determined, so focused, so passionate. I found it quite sensational!

“Holy shit. I’ve been annihilated”

On one side it was kind of gritty on the other it was so bright, almost blinding bright.

I read the reviews before starting it. They were awesome, and I was ready for an incredible heart-breaking story. Hmmm. What I got was a lot of sex between two men or them flying solo with a handful of pages of miscellaneous. Where is the story? I was thinking about stopping at 29%, but when the main caveat of the story was revealed I got curious. But the overabundance of steam and thinking about intimacy was just too much. Don't get me wrong, it was well written, and I enjoyed readin

Somehow I didn't feel the guy's emotions. It's hard to explain.
We can start with Vance, long brown hair, blue gray eyes, an artist, who has been left behind by the snorkel crew from his cruise ship.
That is how he finds a blonde, green eyed rich man, Luke, on a big yacht, where their sexy games begin. Neither can get the other off their minds. To Vance, Luke is a mystery, a tortured soul, and he finds out later, a closeted preacher, but the pull is still there. Vance seems like the more honest

Hm, okay.

Right off the bat, I'm deducting a star because of the many typos there were throughout. Maybe I'm just being an asshole, but it really annoys me when I see many a misspelled word or sentence error while reading.

I'm giving this book 2 stars are because the smut was really hot (although it was so sudden and there was way too much of it and really no significant dialogue between them), and I really liked the electric chemistry between the two MC's. Although I don't LOVE them. I really c

"Worship" is the first book in this duology. I don't understand why the story wasn't told in just one book but that's not for me to decide.

In "Worship", Luke and Vance meet on Luke's boat and they spend a night together against everything that Luke expected. The next day they part ways and they don't have any contact again for months. The connecion that was made that single night though was so strong they both kept thinking of the other. They don't contact each other but they find a w

Peter 4:8 "Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins.

HFS this book is freaking AMAZING ! And , I. Loved. Everything. About. It.

The scorching, sizzling, hot-dirty descriptive sexy times, the perfect -imperfect , gorgeous ,likeable heroes and their feelings of wanting, longing, craving , and denying. How conflicting and difficult is their relationship yet when they're together it's utterly magical , all consuming and so right.

Definitely a 5 Stars for the Duet! I would have given it a 5+ Stars but there were too many errors ☹.
I absolutely loved this duet with Vance and Luke. I loved the rollercoaster ride, it kept me reading that's for sure. My emotions were up and down too. I kept rooting for them and their HEA. Great story, great writing, great characters, great hot sex Amazing. Love all the hot scenes!!

I would have liked the foreplay of a plot in this story. The book literally starts with sex and doesn't let up. It got to be so tedious. The number of multiple orgasms these guys were having was comical, and also not physically possible.

Good Lord... when a book gives you headache, heartbreak, and happiness at the same time, that should be count as something. I feel like riding a roller coaster. I can't even say anything because I'm afraid becoming spoiler whore that would ruin your reading. You should see it for yourself. 😈😈😈

2.5 stars. Would've been 3 if it hadn't ended on a cliffhanger, which is a really shitty way to get someone to spend another 2.99 on the second half of your book.

The start of this book is some quality unrealistic porn. So many orgasms I honestly started to get bored. Vance literally can't keep his dick down, it's described at one point as "ever ready" which isn't an exaggeration or artistic effect, and Luke isn't much better. It's not good but it was enjoyably stupid - Vance is accidentally lef

The tease of Vance and Luke’s forbidden night featured in the Spring Fling Anthology captured my attention and I just cannot forget their encounter especially with the twist at the end. I was eagerly anticipating the full story, and Worship was so worth the wait! When this forbidden MM romance hit my kindle, I put everything on hold and jumped into it right away. The heart-breaking angst and irresistible sexual tension pulled me into this story from the beginning. I had a wonderful time enjo ...more

Reads first chapter.

Starts clapping and shouting, “I know this story. I know Vance, I know Luke.”

How do I know this? Did I dream this story, because it is the stuff of dreams? Did I do the Harry Potter/Voldemort occlumency thing where I read Ella’s thoughts? Wouldn’t that be amazing? I could send thoughts back about a Jack and the beanstalk book!

Dreams and occlumency set aside, Goodreads check confirmed I did already fall in love with Luke and Vance as Unmoored a short story in the Spring Fling

OMG I finally fell asleep with dried tears 😭 when I finished this. It’s so damn good. Amazingly moving and Unf, yeah... that too.

I loved every crest and wave of emotion these two incredible men pulled out of me.

Worship is a brilliant internal brooding romangst. It’s hot and dirty, and hands down a perfect soul scratching addition to Ella James’ fantastic library. I couldn’t get enough, and immediately went back to their meeting, the phone exchanges, Vance’s existential needs and his patience,

This is another one where I am in the minority. I just couldn't connect with the characters, because there wasn't any story at least when I DNF'd at 54%. I didn't care for any of the bits of personality that the author deigned to show us either. I did, however, have a huge problem with the hypocrisy of Luke's character and his "job".

Since I obviously couldn't get through this book, I won't be moving on in the series.

What an amazing book to pop my Ella James cherry with. Holy hell this book is everything. There are not enough words to describe how much I loved this forbidden romance.

Vance and Luke were pure lust from the moment they laid eyes on each other. Their chemistry was a five alarm fire and I was certain that I'd combust right along with them. "Insta" love doesn't always work for me, but Ella hit it out of the park with these two! I felt like I was on this journey with Vance and

Boy oh boy. I waited ages to finally be able to read this and it was even better than I expected.

I loved the novella in Spring Fling. It left me craving so much more and I got it in Worship. These two are so hot together and gosh my poor conflicted Luke and my beautiful artistic and in love Vance. This couple owned my heart. The settings were everything. I just adored everything.

2 and 1/2 stars rounded up to 3 because I thought it was well written. But the story was pure meh. I don’t plan to read the second part. Luck was a creep and I didn’t like him at all.
