I am glad that I didn’t have to wait on this book because I really wanted to know what happened to Nikos. It was good to read his story and watch his journey to becoming a more confident person. I loved that the romance between Nikos and Costas started as friendship without a mate bond speeding up the process. Made the love more real. The one thing that I have liked about this series that it shows that not all matings are perfect and have to be worked at to be successful. All in a ...more

Nico and Costas!!!!
I wasn’t expecting all that Nico went through but at the same time I wasn’t surprise. If that makes sense! I totally enjoyed watching Nico bro throughout the book. Yes he was young and naive but throughout the book we could see his strong will and courage. Costas has always been the type of person that you want to be when you grow up. Strong, a gentleman and caring... their love story was a slow burn but totally perfect for both of them. I love surprises and this book is fille ...more

This was wonderfully written story about Niko who was once a prince but when he finds his mates in Chrys and Damien’s parents his own father sends him to them cutting him off from the rest of his family. I was absolutely pissed at the way Niko’s mates abused him. There are no words to express my deep admiration of Niko for making it out sane and alive.
This story focuses a lot on Niko’s OCD. I myself suffer from it as well just not the extent Niko does. I understood his need for stability in thos ...more

I am in love with the D'Vaire series and this book is absolutely beautiful! I really appreciate how this author has fated mates, but she doesn't stick with the "insta love" story line that is so overdone! She has created a way to make fated mates unique and different, and I can't get enough of this world! Her characters are incredibly complex and this world is amazing! I am anxiously waiting for the next installment in the series, and in the meantime, I will talk about this book series to anyone

Fabulous Read!
There were several similarities I felt with Niko, and I really loved him & Costas together, first as friends, then so much more as life (and Fate) threw them so many curveballs, it was dizzying! This was the first book I read in this series, so I need to acquire the others! I cannot wait for the next installment~~~
