A beautiful collection of short and longer poems. Many of the poems are dark and deeply evocative of the author’s struggles and despair. But the darkness is punctuated by rays of light - poems that show strength, hope and determination.

The poems are clearly deeply personal to the author, yet they are very relatable, especially to people who have been through similar experiences and/or mental illnesses.

This book represents an outpouring of the author’s soul, which makes it something really special. She has created something beautiful out of her struggles which can inspire and give hope to us all.

I would recommend Forever Blue especially to anyone who experiences mental illness because you are likely to relate to a lot of the poems.

I am happy to have discovered Kelly-Marie Pollock and I will definitely be checking out more of her writing.

I haven't read poetry for years but Forever Blue has sparked my interest again! This collection of long and short heart-felt poems delve into the darkness of the mind in a beautiful way that most will be able to relate to. Kelly writes in such an open and honest way letting her feelings pour into her poetry giving them power. Beautiful collection of poems that I would definitely recommend reading.
