This was a short (completed in few hrs between chores) & surprisingly informative read for beginner or someone already familiar with crystal energy. It was pleasantly surprising that it included visualization & meditations centered around the chakras. There were a few detailed exercises that I can't wait to get started on! This book also came with a very small quartz, which is actually real! I will definitely be using the exercises & chakra correspondence chart in the future for reference.
