I promised myself many years ago that I would never set foot in London again.
I promised. Adam promised. I said I wouldn't. He said I would never have to.
Yet here we are again, and life has become quite surreal. This is us, a good few years later, older and wiser with more baggage than the baggage belt at Heathrow.
And now it is Christmas and Adam is working too much and I ...more

A Joyfully Jay review.

This isn’t so much a short story as it is an eggnog flavored epilogue to 717 Miles, a Christmas coda, of sorts, where we get to see the happy ending Felix both needed and deserved. In the first book, Felix was tormented, tortured, and so badly hurt that it took everything Adam had to help bring him out of his shell. Today, Felix is older, nearing 30, with an infant son and a devoted husband. His son, a baby given to them by a young woman who was unready to start her ...more

Awwwwwwww!!!!! I absolutely loved this snippet of Adam and Felix a few years after the end of 717 Miles. Adam and Felix have a special place in my heart so it was so good to see that even though they are older with a lot more responsibility they were still so stupidly in love with each other. This glimpse into their Christmas was just perfect and I couldn’t have wished for anything better for them.

Another great story from Sophia Soame - love that we get to meet them at Christmas time. As always I get go smile, laugh and cry a little bit. I was so excited when I learned there was going to be another look into there wold

It was so brilliant to have a glimpse into the lives of Adam and Felix, who we first met in 717 Miles.
They did get their happily ever after and it is lovely to see how far that they have come in this Christmas special.
It is written in Sophia's wonderful style and I have no problem in saying please read it. However, if you haven't already done so, you need to read 717 Miles first. This Christmas special is not a standalone.
Highly recommended

I found out about this story by chance, so I definitely have to get myself on Sophia Soames' newsletter so I don't miss out again. Anyway, bought it and read it right away last night. Was up until almost 2AM doing that so I'm tired, but it was definitely worth it.
I absolutely love this couple and I'm thrilled that we have a chance to revisit their relationship. This story is a lovely continuation of their amazing chemistry. This story brings us 7 years into their relationship and their lives are ...more

A very sweet and nice revisit into the life of Adam and Felix, now with baby Wolf in their lives. This is a short, a quick read and as such a bit hard to decide on how many stars to give, as I would have loved it to be longer of course! But 5 stars it is, I loved 717 Miles, and it was lovely to get a glimpse of what their lives have turned out

I loved meeting Adam and Felix in 717 miles so I was really pleased that Sophia had written a Christmas story. It was lovely to catch up with them again. They never fail to make me smile and laugh but I love how much love they have got for each other. I'm hoping there will be another short story at some point in the future

It's the holiday season the world over and once again I'm brought back into the lives of Adam Vik Solheim and his husband, Felix Haugland, now married with the combined last name of Haugheim and the parents of a young daughter. When I last left them, they were two years younger, just landed back in Oslo, and never intended to set foot in London again.
