I didn't learn anything by heart. But I did learn how to make a pinnapple sorbet!

The author helps the reader actually experience Brazil through personal experiences and food. He offers great traditional recipes and gives alternatives to hard-to-find ingredients. He also provides importers by state with contact info. Includes colorful photos depicting Brazilian life.
