Before I begin I want to express how happy I am to have been a part of this G&M journey. I can’t believe Janie Marie the wonderful author has come so far. Her hard work paid off.
Now if you haven’t read the first two books before this what are you even doing here check them out NOW and then come back for this.
I thought the first two books were amazing and I didn’t know how Janie would do even more amazing to top them. Of course being the great writer she is she did a wonderful job of

Just as a side note I normally just write my reviews as they come out in my head and most of my reviews are just my emotional ramblings. I decided I’d do that for this being that it will be basically impossible to not give away spoilers. I’ll include some quotes though :)

The Light Bringer is the last book in the epic Gods and Monsters trilogy.
And I had been very lucky to have been chosen to go through the most wonderful and amazing journey of Jane.
This trilogy has it all. All you gotta do is give it a chance to be sucked in this universe of sexy and scary ass vampires, sassy werewolves and hilarious mysterious beings. It's equal parts falling on your ass funny, and sobbing your soul out sad. A true emotional rollercoaster.

The Light Bringer is the book where

Recommends it for: anyone interested in paranormal romances and mythology
What a finale. I both beta-read and proofread this book, so I got to read it twice before release, and I already want to read it again.

I was so nervous about reading The Light Bringer because I didn’t think anything could top book two, The Fallen Queen. Wow, was I wrong. The stakes are higher than they’ve ever been, something I didn’t think possible, and everything is next level—the love, the heartbreak, the friendship, the sacrifice, the forgiveness—my God, there is so much love and

This the final book in the Gods & Monsters series and it was epic. While the first 2 books often leave you with a ton more questions than answers, this final part is where it all comes to light.

You might have thought you knew what you were getting into after reading book 1, or even book 2, but this book throws all those expectations right out the window. The amount of plot twists and all the secrets that will be revealed will finally make sense.
You will realise that every little action in

The beginning of an end. An end of a new beginning.
The trilogy of Gods and Monsters comes to an end. Thus, bring The Light Bringer. And I hate it.
Lol. Just kidding. This is probably by far the most beautiful end I have read. An epic one. I still can’t believe this is the last installment. As a hardcore G&M fan, I find myself wanting it so bad to finish reading but at the same time not really want it to end. I still want to linger a little more in their world and savor each moment. I just have to start out with: if you think you know how TLB is going to wrap up the trilogy, have a seat because I can just about guarantee you have no idea what's coming. Never before has a book, let alone a series, taken me to the places that the G&M world has. Every time you think you've finally figured it out, the author, Janie, chews you up and spits you out. It was the most unique journey I've ever experienced from any book or series. I can't even think of one single moment where all ...more

I was privileged to be have the opportunity to beta-read this book, and cannot convey what a journey this trilogy has brought me on. The final installment, The Light Bringer has something for everyone: passionate romance, heartbreak, action, dystopia, fantasy... Full of twists, there's no doubt that this book will keep you on your toes, but there's an incredible balance to the book, delivering a convincing and enthralling finale.

Character-wise, I found myself feeling almost among friends while

Going into this trilogy and having the honor of beta reading for the author Janie Marie has legit been a dream come true. I wasn't sure exactly what I was getting myself into when I began reading this story, but along the way and I'm not exactly sure when it happened, I realized that I was in love with the story and the characters. When they laughed or cried, I laughed and cried. When the main character Jane hurt or was angry, I felt those emotions as if they were my own. There were so many ...more

Amazing! This book ends the series in the beat possible way. It is the best outcome. I couldn't imagine another one. It's hard to describe because if you can think of a good adjective, it can most likely apply here. The simplest way to do how I felt after, is content.

A trilogy at its finest!
My heart was broken and ripped out but this book showed me how to put the pieces back together. Janie Marie gave us everything and more. She gave us a world where we think we know what’s going to happen but the rug gets pulled out from under us just to have someone catch us. This collection is a must have for not just book worms but book lovers.

NO SPOILERS REVIEW: Hello everyone! If you're interested in vamps, mythology, the paranormal, romance, you're in the right place! Janie has created an unbelievable world of Gods & Monsters, and I've been privileged to have been a part of it.

I can’t explain how wonderful it’s been to have had the opportunity of being one of Janie’s beta readers. I’ve read all three G&M books on Wattpad prior to beta reading. However, a lot has changed in book 3! Honestly, if it weren’t for the group of

Janie is incredible. Her books are some of the most emotional and incredible books I’ve ever read. She knows how to take words on a page and create them into and incredible and intricate world that we are transported too. I don’t think I’ve ever cried so much, smiled so much, and felt so deeply about characters before.

This Trilogy takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions! I laughed outbound, cried, cheered and felt everything the characters Janie Marie created felt. This is a powerful conclusion to an incredible story. I am recommending this trilogy to everyone I know!!! Thank you Janie Marie for sharing a little piece of you and creating such an awesome world that I could get lost in when my own world is falling apart.

This book was a work of art. A masterpiece. The violence, the love and the terror all made you live out each scene with the characters. Janie Marie wrote something special with this book. It leaves you breathless and makes your heart race, your fears become Jane's and you imagine that it is you that David is holding not her. The eloquently written words pound through the very depths of my soul when I read this. I gasp and shudder and whimper, all while waiting for the next page turn. I read this ...more

The Light Bringer is the final installment of the Gods and Monsters Trilogy, it does not disappoint. Not many people can stick through a book series that is such an emotional rollercoaster, but those who can manage it, get the greatest gift of all - an amazing story, which ties up all three books in the most special way. The Light Bringer is steamy and sexy and it also still brings about so many plot twists. The wonderful thing, is that a loy of the confusion and secrets in the trilogy get ...more

The end is just the beginning...

A book with lots of twists and turns, love, hate and forgiveness... an emotional roller coaster ride. A story that teaches you life lessons that others can relate to, you just have to look... as story that teaches you that even if you fall down to darkness and let it consume you, all you need to do is be brave enough to stand back up and roar at your demons, your darkness... and even realize that even in those moments, that you are truly enogh... and to do your

Wasnt my style, but...

I didn't left a review for book one or two because I honestly wanted to review the whole saga.

At the beginning, this wasn't my style, wolfs, vampires, zombies...not me. But Janie fused the Gods and Monsters in her story in such a way it didn't bother me, I even forgot they were not humans and fell in love with some of them.

I felt inmerse in this world and some of the parts (like the dancing flames ) got me so focused that I couldnt put the book down for saving my own

Everything has finally come down to finale. This book brings it all together. The good, bad and ugly. Everything is revealed. Battles are fought and all the players are are on the board and it’s time to put up or shut up. Jane is there with her mythical beings that you learned about in the 1&2 book gearing up to defend everyone she loves. It’s a powerful and emotional journey that takes so much of you, you can only root for her victory. And no matter what you think the ending is our amazing ...more

This is the end of the series and I couldn’t be more proud of Jane and Janie! The series is outstanding and amazing, and my second favorite of Janie’s work- the first being WAotBBW. Once I jumped into those series, I couldn’t come back out of it. This series disregards the norms of society and teaches the audience that through the hardships of life, you can come out on top as long as you believe in yourself and don’t give up! This series isn’t for everyone, but for those of you it is for- you’ll ...more

By far one of, if not, the BEST series I have ever read in my entire life! I have been reading books since I was taught how, and I have loved a lot of books, but nothing compares to my love of G&M. This whole series, and especially The Light Bringer, made me feel so many things, and kept me hooked from the first page to the very last. I am so happy I bought this series on Kindle so I can go back and reread it whenever I want, because to me it is one of those stories you never get tired of. ...more

What can I say but WOW! Perfect end to the most amazing series

this series has been such an emotional rollercoaster of emotions. I've never been so involved in a written world as I have with this! To see the finale battle take place and all the pieces fall into place. I love this world and will certainly be following the spin off series and following the author where ever she goes! I would recommend you follow this series be prepared for the emotions this brings out, but mostly be prepared for

Breath-taking, tear-jerking, stunned beyond words...

This book was the perfect end to the trilogy. I can't imagine it ending any other way. Our hearts were dragged through the dirt, stimped and spat on, cut up to pieces and reformed just so it could happen all over again, but that's what makes this trilogy so beautiful. The Light Bringer restores hope in people who have lost it all, or in my cases, it makes me see that I can have hope again. It might not be all okay again just yet, but like this

Must Read!!

I've never read a book like this. I've just finished the last and I'm super emotional. I've cried a lot with the characters. Laughed a little. Jane felt so alive for me also. I felt her every emotion and heartbreak and horror and love but mostly her bravery. I loved these books.

So I will be honest, I was harsh on the first two but this ?last book is without a doubt amazing. It gets a little hard to read at times, and especially the end I found myself rereading to fully understand but it is nothing short of amazing. Jane finally became this most amazing person, something I was so ready to see.

The Light Bringer is the final book in the Gods and Monsters trilogy and left me with such a book hangover, the first two books were amazing and this one did not disappoint although am sad to see the story end. Forgiveness, redemption and love rule this apocalyptic world. You will hate some of the choices the characters make but love them just the same. There are so many layers to each plot and each character, and Janie uses them all to weave a spectacularly beautiful story.

Needed to reread this in a time of need

I first read her story on wattpad and fell in love. I was going through a rough time in my life with a decision that needed to be made, this story popped back into it and helped me greatly. Highly recommend, stay focused for the ending of the book to fully understand what’s going on!
