Hate is a strong word, but I really did not like this book. I felt like it was spiteful and poorly written. I didn't enjoy the use of some of the words that were used to describe Jack and I felt like my child didn't need to hear them as well.

No one is ever "stupid," we might not make the best choices, but we are never "stupid."

Good version of Jack and the beanstalk and is a flip book which children tend to like.
