This story had me on the edge of my seat wondering what’s gonna happen next! Miranda done lost her damn mind!! Jaquavis is a creep. He deserved every bit of Karma that came his way while he was locked down. Kiyanne just can’t get a break. Hurry up with pt 2. I’m excited to see what happens next!

This was a great book. Kiyanne was a beautiful soul and she deserved a world of happiness but life dealt her one storm after another but just like a Phoenix she was born from the ashes. I'm glad her and Damien was able to be friends again. It would be dope to see a storyline with them building a legacy together but I'm glad they didn't cross the friendship line (sorta). Miranda was epitome of evil, she didn't deserve Damien. Jaquavis (or however you spell his name) was a dirt bag and his parents played a big role in his mess. He never had to take responsibility this actions because he was always bailed out. I wish they would be a part 2 even if Kiyanne and Damien didn't get together because I want to see what's up with Jaquavis and Damien's mom ex.

My man

This was just so heart breaking but it was really a good read. Linette King hats to you for a thousand time in all of your books. Miranda was a sick chick over a guy that did want her but didn't love her. So her parents should paid close attention to her. Jaquavis got what he wanted when he made it to prison. Can't wait for part 2.

A Good Read

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is a standalone but can definitely have a second part. The way it ended left a few situations I want to know how they play out. I would like to know more about the rapist and about the guy that was beating Damaris mom

Umm where is part two

It’s so many loose ends left to this story that I can only wonder if there is going to be a part two. I mean it has to. It can’t end like that can it?

Stumped

It was a good story but the ending should have been more clear. The end seated rushed. No clarity on what happened.

Loved how the author grabbed my attention in the beginning. Loved the story she painted. Goes to show how jealousy can ruin things. Jealousy truly changes people. Hope the author soon delivers the sequel. I had to go back and reread a few things because obviously I must have dozed and missed. But this was a great story.
