They say revenge is a dish best served cold...

But I'd rather serve it hot, with a side of humiliation.

The Icons got what they wanted. My life is a smoldering wreck because of them.

But that doesn't mean I'm done fighting.

What I did to Trent is just the beginning. He deserves so much worse for what he's done to me.

West and Reese are no better. They told me they cared about

Loved how this story turned around half way through. Im trying to say what i mean without giving away any major storylines (a tough one) but it was just brilliant and i never saw any of that coming either. Book 2 in this series continues with Emma (FMC) still at war with Trent, West and Reece but shes determined to up the stakes and not let them get the better of her. It leads to a book where everyone has very little trust of each other. A situation of their own making. Such a great read though ...more

So we know in Who Breaks first we get introduced to Emma, and her tormentors Reece, Trent and West. We know what happened in book one, I hope you have read Who Breaks First because I feel that it is needed to read in order. So if you haven't, stop reading this review and go and read Who Breaks First. Now, Book two starts off after the big ending in book one. Emma has been kicked out, she is trying to pick up the pieces and form a plan to get back at the guys. She is not in a good relationship ...more

Eva Ashwood has done such a great job as a newbie author.

I LOVED this! The twist of betrayal and that ending I seriously cannot wait for book 3!

Eva you have done it again! This book was just as good if not better than the first. If you read the first book we all know about the bullying and things that Emma went through at the hands of her three best friends turned enemies. She's determined to put her life back together but also seek revenge for what they've done to her. Turning to her friend she seeks her help at doing so. She has a hard time keeping her feelings in check when it comes to the guys and is stuck between hating them and ...more

She's lost it all this time around. Her scholarship was revoked, her father is deeply disappointed in her, and the men who always pull her strings are the ones who ruined everything!

Now the tables are turning, and it's her time to reek some havoc upon their perfect lives.

Where will this vicious cycle end..

The first book in this series "Who breaks first" blew my mind, but this continuation of their story oh my gosh I'm almost speechless!

Such passion almost burns the pages, and blurs the words,

Well, I don't know where to start with this book except that this is one amazing series! I totally read this book in one sitting. I could not put it down with all the twists going on.

So as you know book one had that epic ending and so we pick up from there. Emily is trying to pick up the pieces of what is left of her. There is discord between her and her father because she is no longer at Clearwater University. Her friend Leslie feels sorry for her and Emily decides to ask her to help her bring

A Major Shocking surprise

I have to be honest this is first time I have read any of Eva Ashwood work. An I only first considered it cos I was asked ARC this book.
Wow book two in Clearwater series just real Emma and boys have a lot to work through but I did see what was to come. It gets dark poor Emma can’t seem catch break. So basically there a few surprises and shocks in this book the cliffhanger as got me reeling for the last book in series. ‘Who Falls Hardest’ hopefully has a lot of answers

Who Laughs Last is the perfect continuation of the Clearwater University series!

As much as I loved Who Breaks First, I think WLL has knocked its predecessor down a peg. The story has a fast pace and with more chapters from everyone’s POV, you’re really able to get a chance to connect to everyone involved. The dynamic shifts quite a bit in this part and I was so glad to see that finally happen!

Trent, Reese, and West all have their own moments of realization when it comes to Emma, but will it be

I was sure that Eva Ashwood could not write scenes any hotter than what she gave us in “Who Breaks First”! Of course, she totally proved me wrong! Gah, that Trent scene had me sweating!

We catch back up with Emma and the guys, after she was screwed (literally and figuratively) by Trent in the first book. She is understandably in a bad place emotionally, but we also get to see the tension between Trent and West and Reese. I love that Eva included the drama between the guys, because I think that

Eva Ashwood has quickly become one of my favorite authors. Every time I see her announce something new, it is always a one click for me.
Who laughs last is the second book in what originally was supposed to be a duet, but, Eva decided to spoil us with turning it into a trilogy, so we are now going to be getting all these characters for another whole book!
Because it is hard to give a real explanation without giving anything away, I am just going to leave this review short, simple and sweet.

Must read first book in series, Who Breaks First…

The question I had when I started this book, will Emma get her revenge? Who Laughs Last, is the second book and did not disappointment. There were some twist and turns I didn’t see coming and I am craving for book 3 like NOW. The ending is a cliffy and left you wanting more…

Emma is one tough cookie. She is dealing with all the ups and downs and losses in her life while trying to come up with the best revenge for the 3 boys that betrayed her

I fell in love with book 1 and couldn't wait to find out what happens next and Who Laughs Last did not disappoint. Emma is now expelled from school and her dad is disappointed in her and she feels like she has no where to go. Trent, Reese and West got her again and she fell hook line and sinker for them. Her only friend is Leslie. Now she wants revenge and Leslie agrees to help her. Trent stands by his decision that Emma got what she deserves, but it caused a riff between West and Reese. This ...more

ARC REVIEW Who Laughs Last by Book 2 Clearwater University Series.
Emma got back at Trent, but what he, West and Reece did? She's not even nearly begun. Hatching a plan to take them down, Emma and Lesley work together. But when shes alone with one of the boys, hate is very close to love... somehow the lines get blurred.
oh wow this is so hot! The emotions completely pour out the pages, the betrayal and heartbreak, the deceit and the underlying love that comes with it all.
This was an absolute whirlwind of emotions. I’m not gonna lie, this book took me a few days to read because I had to take step back a couple times. I still wanted to hit Trent with a chair for the shit he pulled, and the other guys for doing nothing to stop it. But when that turnaround came, god it was refreshing and well deserved. Emma really needed to catch that break, until that bloody cliffhanger! I’m really interested in the backstory with the person that we commonly suspect as being behind ...more

Be prepared for twists you don’t see coming... In this battle, lines were drawn early, but what happens when the lines are blurred, what happens if people switch sides? What happens if nobody is on the same team anymore? Emma is plotting her revenge, but the guys are a mess... West and Reese aren’t sure why they’ve gone along with Trent’s plan for so long, and Trent is realizing that love and hate are really two sides to the same coin. None of them deserve Emma after what they’ve done, and how ...more

Who laughs last is the second instalment of 3 in the Clearwater University series.

With her dreams shattered and her relationship with her dad left incredibly fragile, Emma has nothing left to lose, and she’s dead set on revenge!

Trent, West and Reese are also left reeling after the events at the end of the semester and their bonds are tested as they question why they ever got involved in the plot to destroy Emma.

When Emma realises that everything she ever thought she knew is maybe not as it

Wow. I was completely cheering her vengeance! I wanted blood for what those boys put her through. BUT instead of revenge, she kept sleeping with them. I find it impossible that she had zero self control. Why, oh why would she give herself to someone who was so horrible to her. They literally made it their life mission to ruin and break her. Yes, sex moved the story in the direction the author wanted, but I cringed so hard and cursed so often, I almost stopped reading.

Holy shirt!! This series just keeps getting better!! Emma is bent on revenge. And who could blame her? She was betrayed again. Fool me once, well you know the saying. She has to enlist her hacking friend to take the guys down. It’s pretty intense. Can she go through with it? Trent is a serious King of Grudges. But really, he has zero right to be. And Reese and West really need to find out where their true loyalties should lie. Ems is betrayed again and really and truly, no one saw this one ...more

Wow! Eva Ashwood does it again! Amazing story! The story picks up where the first book ended. Emma is heartbroken and angry. She is a woman scorned and out for revenge!! She has had her heart broken too many times by Trent, West and Reece. They have intentionally hurt her financially and emotionally. They have hurt her relationship with her father. Will she get her revenge? Will she forgive them?

**This is book 2 in a series. You need to read book 2 and it will have a cliff hanger! It is so

Bully romance

Book two continues where book one leaves off so you need to read before.
She is off and set to set revenge on the icons,
She got her room mate to help get info on them and hack their computers.
Why can't she control her hormones when she's near the boys.
Then there's a big twist and I'm glad she has someone to help pick her up
What if she had to choose one?
I still can't figure out who she would choose and which one I prefer lol
There's another cliff hanger and we have to wait for book

Omg! The twists and turns in this book kept me on my toes the entire time. This is the second book in the Clearwater university series and while I loved the first book I have to say this story just got better! This book starts off where the last left off which has Emma wanting revenge. I will not give to much away, but let me say that this is a must read, and it will blow all your assumptions of what will happen next out of the water! I cannot wait for the next installation!!! A must read for ...more

Caught up in the story...

The story..4 stars, It's great! I eant to know where it goes, How it ends. See when they all FINALLY start being honest. The characters...3 stars, they're annoying! None of them are honest with one another! Geez! If someone is your BFF you should atleast be honest with them. The book itself...ugh! There is very little interaction with the characters!! It's mostly thoughts...from all of them! I want them to talk to interact with one another.

I am dying! The book ends on a huge cliffhanger and I need to know what happens, lol. Emma and her men, wow, I just don't have the words. Despite everything they have done to her, I am actually cheering for them. I'm holding out for a big happy ending, but I have to say I love the conflict and tension! This series has kept me enthralled so far and I will honestly be sorry when it ends. One of the best bully romances I have read in awhile!

Loved the first one, loved this one...
Spent the whole time going back and forth as to whether or not Emna was “playing” the Icons or if her feelings had really changed. AND THEN... was her roommates betrayal part of the planned revenge or did she truly try to double cross her

Have been left with soo many questions, can’t wait for book three...!!!

I loved this book it was just as good as the first!! In this book we see Emma is still at war with the boys but is taking it up a few notches and no longer see herself as a helpless victim but a strong person. You see such growth in her as a character. I never saw the twist half way through though!! It was a fine read and I can’t wait for the next!!

Plot twist
I was given an arc copy

I was super excited to read this sequel and I wasn't disappointed by any means. This author continues to hook me from the beginning. Starts off with the aftermath from the cliffhanger of the first book( who breaks first) with all the tension and drama. Then takes a surprising twist. I cant wait for the final book
5 stars i highly suggest reading this.

Talk about a twist. This second book in the series was better than the first. I'm still left with several questions so I must read the 3rd book. I love seeing Emma's strength come through and the way the guys are changing for her. I can't wait to see what happens next.
