Everyone knows when a Sinclair boy loves a Wallace girl people die.

The first time JoJo Wallace smiled, she had my heart. When we kissed, she owned my soul.
And when she gave me her everything, I took it…consuming her when I had no right.

At first, we were just kids falling in love. We didn’t know about the generations-old feud between the Wallac

This book picked up right where book 1 left off. It made my heart happy but gave me insane anxiety. You just know that with how good everything was going for Alex and JoJo that something bad was looming. And oh it was oh so bad. I'm glad that they got their happy ever after. I'm also glad that some of the Sinclair's turned a new leaf. This book had some awesome steamy scenes. Scenes that had me on the edge of my seat. Scenes that made me OMG! Just all around great writing and a great series. ...more

I was so excited for this one! I needed answers and we got them - all the plot twists and secrets were slowly unraveled as we got the conclusion to Alex and JoJo’s story. It’s an absolute roller coaster of emotions in this one that’s for sure.

The best way I can describe this book is a saga. It’s a gasp out loud kind of read! I can’t wait to see what this duo brings us next.m

I received an arc of this book.

This book the secret Jojo has been keeping comes out. Alex still wants Jojo but he will do anything to protect her. But suddenly the past is the past and everything will be all right right? We all know the Sinclair’s and Wallace’s are like oil and water and this book has some twists and shocking situations that had me scream out loud. This series is one thrill ride filled with second chances and revenge. Truly amazing 5/5 stars in my top 2019 thrilling series

Continuation/Conclusion of book 1, The Wallace Girl by authors Anne Elliott and Ginger Scott picks up at the "cliffhanger" the authors left us at.........

Well, this book was just absolutely meh. Just meh for me and please know that this hurts me the most, as I am the founder and president of the Ginger Scott fanclub. Since I am already being completely honest, my problem with this book is that it's just too much. Too much! Too over the top,

An explosive and fiery ending to this Wallace-Sinclair duet. The writing duo lacked strength of a usual Ginger Scott novel. The final installment picked up where the first ended. But this one lacked development and completion for me. In the end, there were too many unanswered questions.

And one of the biggest for me: WHAT HAPPENED TO AJAX???? You remember him, right? Seems he just got left in the dust and smoke and nobody even mentioned his name. Who ended up where? And who ended up with th

While I enjoyed the Wallace Girl quite a bit, The Sinclair Heir didn't really work for me for several reasons:
* there were several editing problems, enough that I had trouble getting into the story
* there were some continuity errors that also took me out of the story
* I didn't really connect with the characters here - it felt very distant
* the sex scenes were... kind of boring
* some things that happened had me very surprised, and also affected, howeve

Think back to the last time you watched a TV show or mini-series and at the beginning of the last episode you hear, "and now the stunning conclusion to..." THAT is what The Sinclair Heir is.

This is the sequel book to Ginger Scott and Anne Eliot's ("Eliot Scott's") first book in The Feud Series, "The Wallace Girl." And man it is going to knock you off your feet. I had the pleasure of reading this as a serial when it was on Radish. It still has the dramatic tone and movement of old 198

Note: This review is for an ARC from WordSmith Publicity and is my unbiased opinion.

The Sinclair Heir is the continuation of JoJo Wallace and Alex Sinclair’s story which started in The Wallace Girl. If you haven’t read that book, you will need to read it before reading this one for everything to make sense. This review is spoiler free, so you can keep reading to find out what I thought even if you haven’t read The Wallace Girl.

The Sinclair Heir is Eliot Scott’s explosive conclusion to the Feud duet series. I previously said this author had struck gold, and I wasn't wrong. The secrets and lies that are revealed are shocking!

While book one, The Wallace Girl, was a good set-up, this second book is action-packed from the start to the finish! It kept me on the edge of my seat, and I easily consumed this book in one sitting. The dual POV and dual time line continue. Readers get more gritty detail of the past fro

The conclusion to the Feud Duet is filled with twists and turns and delivers on the angst and emotions promise that the ending of The Wallace Girl hinted at. It picks up right where the authors left us and from the start and throughout this whole second book the story really delves deep into the present (with some flashbacks) and how Alex & Jojo deal with revealed secrets, questioned loyalties and a future they have to shape.

The writing is impeccab
So the conclusion to this series and yes there is a lot of predictability and you do guess the "secret" quite early on but what I loved about this duet was the writing. It was strong and kept me reading until I knew how it ended.

I wanted more from Alex in book 2 and hoped that the years that separated him and Jojo taught him to stand up to his evil Father. It was hard to swallow his naivety at times but bearing in mind the upbringing he and his brother had, you can understand how programmed he

If I thought the angst was going to kill me in the first book, then it's sufficient to say that the suspense and emotions knocked me flat on my butt in the second book. This is where we dealt with the aftermath of the actions forced upon Alex and the trauma Jojo survived. The twists and turns faced by these two and their resilence is nothing short of legendary. Sadly the spider hasn't quit weaving his web and poisoning those around him.

What I admired most about Jojo is that despite

This book alternates between the present and the past and we’re able to get to know the characters and chart their path from being perhaps a bit too naive to becoming strong adults who take on the struggles they’re faced with head-on. This is definitely a story that I can see being turned into a television series – one with huge drama, unpredictable storylines, over-the-top characters who straddle the line between good and evil, and steamy romance to so

A Million Stars for this Awesome Duet!!

I recently discovered Ginger Scott. Read Drummer Girl. Loved it.
When I heard about The Feud Series, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it.
Alex and JoJo are......honestly, I'm not sure I have the right words. They are meant to be. From their first meeting, they are meant to be.

I loved the flashback chapters! I loved getting to know their history.
Two kids. Falling in love. Surviving Alex's crazy father! A family feud that isn'

Eliot Scott's second in the Feud duet, Sinclair Heir, takes on the time after Alex and Jojo parted (for the most part) then moves into how they will solve the riddles of the Sinclair Wallace Feud and find peace.   The authors ramped up the pace of the story, adding more twists and turns than the previous book and because the pair are now adults, they also cranked up the heat.

The pacing of the Sinclair Heir moves quicker than it's predecessor while still filling some of the gaps in in

Omg! This is the second part of the duet. Picks up right where the first book left off. Love the dual POV of Alex and Jojo and how they go back in time to explain the past.
In this book I felt their love even more than the first book. Now as adults they really need to do the most they can to save themselves and their family.
I wouldn’t call this a coming of age book tho. This book is quite steamy let’s just say.
Loved every minute of it. So sad and so tragic. So much love and so much anger. So m

Definitely worthy! This book is more fast paced than that first one and it unfolds so many twist and untold secrets..Alex and Jojo are more intriguing than ever and Alex seems determined to protect her no matter how. The rivalry between the two families is more strong and my heart pounded wondering how Alex and Jojo can overcome that..Itz definitely a thrilling ride and I love Alex more and more as his protects Jojo..Good story plot and I love how both the past and present seem more intertwined.. ...more

This story was definitely full of surprises that you are not prepared for.
The secondary characters in this book aren't really secondary. They are a whisper in the background. Constantly making moves and controlling things.

I felt like the first book moved slowly, where this book seems to have a new surprise around every corner.

Alex will do anything for Jojo to fix the past to move on together, but ghosts from the past will not allow it even in death.

This book is full of drama and e

Starts right where book one left us, the story continues for Alex and Jojo. Jojo's secret comes out, Alex still wants to protect her, the story will keep you on the edge of your seat. Second chances and revenges never tasted so sweet. All the twists and turns had me reading all night. Perfect ending to this duet. Bravo, great start of this author cowriting.

A perfect blend of steam, romance, heart and suspense, “The Sinclair Heir” serves up the perfect conclusion to this very twisted, riveting duet.

Picking up right where the first book left us hanging, Alex and JoJo move forward in their quest to finally find their HEA. But from the very first page, I sensed that this couple’s happiness would ultimately be short-lived—that these star-crossed lovers were simply wading in the calm that came before the storm. The second book of the duet was absolutely fantastic. The continuation of Alec and JoJo's story was epic. The twists and turns throughout kept me hooked from the start. These two authors do amazing work together and i can't wait to see what they do next. Well worth the read

The Wallace Girl and The Sinclair Heir was a new type of venture for both authors involved and I will always applaud anyone who delves into a new genre. I will say I finished both books so that means it caught my attention enough to see it through. I think my biggest qualm was the, what felt like, constant flashbacks. I love a good flashback, but I feel like if it’s taking a third to half of the word count it’s just too much. A lot of it was important, but it could have been condensed. I did lov ...more

During the first book, you think that Alex is so awful, but all of the things he has done, he has done to keep Jojo safe. In this book you see the other side of Alex, the side of Alex you know is there all along but the side that he has pushed down deep so that no one can tell how much he actually feels. Once he has Jojo again he knows he will never be able to let her go this time. After he learns her secrets, he knows he needs to protect her now more than ever. He has never stopped loving her, ...more

The explosive conclusion to the Sinclair feud duet. Did not see the twists and turns coming until it hit. A well done story that was interesting and unique.
