Catching A Vampire by Laura Greenwood Is such a wonderful story that I loved reading. This is book number one in this wonderful start to a brand new series and I can not wait to read book number two. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about magic, fantasy and paranormal romance.

This is Daphne's story in the Grimalkin Academy series and let me say I really enjoyed getting to read her side of things. While we watch Daphne and her twin Ryan trying to find a old family spell that allows allows a Chambers member to turn into a cat, we see that while she tries to get close to a vampire so she can get into the Vampire Library she falls for the vampire and everything just goes haywire for her. I can not wait to see what is in store for the rest of this series.
This was a really great start to Daphne’s story in Grimalkin Academy! It was seriously great fun reading into Daphne’s story, which we got glimpses of during her escapades with Mona. Book one flows alongside of book one of the Grimalkin Academy: Kittens series, without any heavy spoilers on other side. Daphne Chambers is in her first year at the Academy with her twin brother Ryan so that they can learn to become a witch/warlock. Her brother has decided that they need to pursue the legend about their family so he has his sister get close to a paranormal so that he can get some information. What a fun start to a new series that is about Daphne, her brother Ryan, and the friends she meets at Grimalkin Academy. She needs to find a vampire to find the spell and meets Heath. I loved Heath, how easy he was to get to know and was so pleased Daphne changed her mind. Emma is the typical mean girl out to make life difficult and she sure does. This is gonna be one heck of a semester!

I find books about magic academies or schools fun. This school is a little different to some of the others I have read, but I like it. There is of course the complicated love interests, but there is a lot of information on various supernatural history items. There is also the bitchy girl who causes problems for Daphne, need the next book to see what happens.

I am loving all the interesting characters in the Grimalkin Academy. This is the first book of the Catacombs series and Daphne and Ryan's first year at the academy where they are learning how to be witches and warlocks. Fighting ancient spells, falling for a vampire and of course there is also a mean girl there's so much going on in book one and I can't wait to find out what happens for all of the characters in this fantastic new series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
It was really interesting. Daphne is a girl you definitely wanna for a friend. Determined, intelligent and brave. Which not mean she can’t land herself in some troubles. Specially boy kind of troubles. With Mona kittens’ trouble, lessons and homework, her brother and his ideas, strange teacher, old crush, brother’s best friend, mean girl and one very hot vampire, she for sure have no time to get bored. And I didn’t have time either while reading this.
Daphne loves her new shool she has lots to learn and good friends unfortunately she also has her twin Rory. They get along but he needs her to find something out for them but she needs a Vampire to find it. Heath Daphne really likes him but if he finds out why she started dating him it could be bad what will Daphne do.

Misunderstandings happen
So, this book is about Daphne and some of her love life stuff as well as bringing the other characters from Grimalkin Academy: Kittens into the book. Daphine has a rival, not only in academic stuff but in her choice of a boyfriend. Looking forward to reading about what happens next.
