I see dead people...but I'm in big trouble when I become a ghost myself.

I'm Winter Whitethorne, psychic medium, and I find it easier to get along with the dead than the living. I've perfected invisibility spells so I can 'ghost' humans I don't particularly like. Haunted by spirits who refuse to cross over, I struggle to act "normal" and not give into the bad luck that

Of Spirits and Superstition by Nyx Halliwell is another great addition to Ms. Halliwell's Sister Witches of Raven Falls.

Ms. Halliwell has penned a ghostly and suspenseful story for the Yule season. Winter's love interest, Ronan, has been attacked and his spirit has left his body. Winter must follow every avenue to return Ronan's spirit to his body. However, as it almost Yule, the sisters must also face the demon and best him once and for all so that earth is safe. Winter has been the strong one

I have loved all of the books in the Sister Witches of Raven Falls series but Of Spirits and Superstition is the best! It is the least "cozy mystery" of the series but it has the same wonderful support system that is my favorite things about cozies. Winter's tale is intense from beginning to end. and what an ending! I am not a videophile by any means but I kept visualizing how the scenes would play out on screen. I think the series would make a great TV show or movie and there are few books that ...more

Book 4 in this amazing wonderful new series by Nyx Halliwell and we come to Winter and Ronan's story and what an amazing story it is. Winter talks to the dead, she is very strongly gifted, even more so than she ever imagined or wished for.

Winter embraces being a ghost whisperer as she has always found it easier to communicate with the dead than the living. Winter is also gifted at invisibility spells, who needs Harry Potter's invisibility cloak when Winter Whitethorne is around...

Winter's

This is book 4 of the new Sister Witches of Raven Falls series and is perfect for the upcoming “Yule” season. This story focuses on Winter Whitethorne and her boyfriend Ronan. Winter is the more powerful witch of all of her sisters because she can communicate with and “raise” the dead; however, she tries to deny her powers until the battle that they have been waiting for against the demon has finally arrived. Winter has to put aside her hesitation to use her powers in order to save her boyfriend ...more

A solid ending to a fun series!

Winter's book wraps up the story of the Sister Witches of Raven Falls series with quite a punch! (No worries, though--author notes at the end tell us that there will be a new series in the universe next year, following Winter's friend Asa :)) This one isn't really the series book to start with--the events of each book build upon the others, and the many series threads get wrapped up nicely here--but since they're all

Winter, a psychic medium, and Ronan were the best of friends as kids, but like had separated them for too long. When their paths cross once again, it doesn't take magic to see the connection between them has not only grown stronger, but changed into so much more.

Unfortunately, the trouble that has plagued the Whitethorne sisters and their family for far too long. When secrets are revealed regarding not only their history, but also things pertaining to the mom they all too recently lost, Ronan

“Ghosts are easy. People drive me crazy.” – Winter Whitethorne

Another great read from Nyx Halliwell that delivers magic, mystery, humor, and romance!

This series has been building up to this final battle and I just loved watching Winter come into her own, accept all her gifts, and fight to save her boyfriend and the world…all with her sisters, family, friends, and familiars by her side. I was curious how Winter’s powers would be woven into this series, and Halliwell did not disappoint with the

Loved this book! I was thrilled to finally read Winter and Ronan's story and quickly found myself engrossed in it. When Ronan is attacked and his spirit splinters from his body, Winter is ready to do whatever it takes to make him whole again....however, even she couldn't have anticipated the lengths she would need to go to or the evil she would have to face in making Ronan whole.

If you enjoy the genre, you will love this book. The characters are quirky and fun and the story is interesting and

I would say that this book was my favorite in the series. Not only because it’s the last, but mostly because it’s simply the best. Truly. A bit more suspense, wrapped up things, and mostly because Winter was always my favorite character. A strong and silent type of woman, who always be the strength for the family.

It’s kind of bittersweet. I love how the story end, yet I don’t really want it to end. It’s a good way to end it though. So, hopefully there will be another series coming from Ms.

Wow! Wonderful addition to this amazing series. You fall more in love with the Whitethorne sisters with each book. Winter risks everything, even her life, to protect her friends and family from evil. The characters interactions are fantastic in this unique story line. Loving this authors work and look forward to much more.

I voluntarily read and reviewed this book; all opinions expressed are my own.

This is the final book in the series and boy was it a good one. Right in the beginning this book had me gasping and my heart stopping. All the questions get answered. The big moment that has been building through out the series comes to a head. This book will keep you on edge of your seat. This is a must read.

Loved it

Excellent series about four witchy sisters and metaphysical mysteries that lead them on adventures and to love interests. Good vs. Evil. I enjoyed reading Winter's Tale.,
