Cook another second/ third rate diatribe of nothing new. The same old tired narrative. Clearly just another quickly produced shoddy book (hardly a history) cobbled together by a number of researchers and I suspect other well paid authors who have yet again written chapters for the Fitzsimon's mass produced industry.
