I admit, I picked this up to fill my yearly quota more easily by the end of the year. It was interesting to read about Hinton's impressive career from such a young age. I also enjoyed reading about her inspiration and how the movies were made through her stories, but ultimately it's a cop out book for me. I am happy now that I can watch all her movies as I've cruised through nearly all of S.E. Hinton's works.
