It's impossible not to love anything by Tee O'Fallon. I first fell in love with her writing style with Blood Money. She has this way of blending suspense and intrigue together that bleeds into the romance rather than depending on it. Every element has a purpose and you can't help but be hooked by the story. In Dark 'n' Deadly, each action had a realistic reaction and the secrets that were destined to be revealed held so much weight, giving this story its heft and its depth, allowing the characters to grow an ...more
Dark ‘N’ Deadly proved to be an addictive romantic suspense, and I devoured it. Somehow, I missed book two but I will have plans to grab it. These really are standalone as each book deals with an agent in the K-9 unit and delivers an HEA.

ATF Special Agent Eric Miller and his explosives detecting K-9, Tiger pull over a truck and the driver turns out to be a kid. Tess McTavish’s kid brother to be exact. A woman he met previously and one he often thinks about. The kid is carry a truck f

Such a happy feeling is what I'm feeling right now when starting this review, because this book was everything I was hoping for it to be. It's such an amazing feeling to read a book you were looking forward to reading so much and that it lives up to your expectations.

Ever since reading the first book by Tee O’Fallon, I’ve been hooked to her writing and can’t stop wanting more every time I finish a new book. Finishing Dark ’N’ Deadly has me feeling the same again: I LOVED this book so much and I

Fab romantic suspense and adorable canines…

This was another great entry in the Federal K-9 series! Each story has been full of strong characters with heart, including the four-legged variety. A cadre of friends with K-9’s at the core, each of them finding love even as danger lurks…

Eric lost colleagues, friends, to a bomber. A loss he has never been able to let go. He needed the perpetrator brought to justice but he is still the one that got away. Through mutual friends, T

This review comes purely from the heart. I was lucky enough to be the mom of a German Shepherd who was trained by a police officer and to this day he was the most amazing dog ever! That being said I'm partial to books with K-9 officers in them. However, I can also be extra critical. This was amazing!

I loved this book so much. From the beginning to the end and I did not want it to end when it did. This is definitely a book I'll read over and over and that my friends are the only books

Dark 'N' Deadly begins with Tess McTavish receiving a cryptic phone call from her little brother, Jesse, saying the words she had prayed for "...…….I want out...……". When Jesse had to abruptly end the call, Tess had no idea what would happen next.

Eric Miller was driving with his K-9 officer, Tiger, when a truck in front of him lost it's truck bed's cap. Eric turned on his lights to pull the guy over, but the driver had other ideas. Eric gave chase and the driver finally pulled over.

Another great suspense filled story from Tee! Just enough tension between the characters, one incredible K-9 and stellar writing. Eric is a federal agent along with his K-9 partner Tiger.
Tess is a woman with a past she's hiding from, one that she's put behind her and hopes never to revisit. When her young brother she had to leave behind in Alabama is caught driving a truck with explosives he calls Tess. Tess of course goes and there she meets Eric again. The two have a little history, she'

I was granted an ARC from NetGalley for an honest Review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

My suspense loving heart is filled yet again. This time by a new author that also spiked my interest into reading more books about sovereign citizens and preppers. Of course, there was romance and doggies.

How do you trust someone who withheld information and lied about who they are related to? What if that lie keeps further behind from finding the people responsible for killing several of your buddie

An action-filled romantic suspense novel, “Dark’N’Deadly”, by Tee O’Fallon (Entangled: Amara), addresses disturbing pertinent issues in a realistic way and features a romantic couple that seem to have opposite personalities, but soon share plenty of chemistry and find common ground.

Opposites really do attract, and you can’t get any more opposite than Eric Miller and Tess McTavish. Eric and is super adorable (yet deadly) K-9, Tiger have a strict regime, everything is black and white (or grey and white), rules are rules, and life should be orderly. Tess on the other hand just loves colour, the brighter the better, and quite honestly she does live in her own dream world, also, she’s a huge fan of feng shui, crystals, yoga etc, etc, you get my gist. When I first started Federal K-9 series I wasn't convinced it was end up being the same story over and over again. The author has found a flow to her stories each one writing style, story and flow improves. Readers will find themselves wanting excited for the next book in the series.

The story follows the traditional best friends little sister romance story line but it takes a twist that readers will given to them right away. Yet they find themselves invested in the different characters.

Tess bolted up in bed, her cell was ringing. Alabama. Was this the one call she waited ten long years to get? Than tess answered and it was Jesse. Her heart pounded with pure joy. He said he couldn’t talk long. Things were messed up. He wanted out. Then he said he had to go and hung up with a police siren wailing in the background. She didn’t want to sever the only link between her and her brother. There was no mistaking the panic and her brother’s voice and she didn’t know where he was. If what ...more

Dark 'N' Deadly is the third book in Tee O'Fallon's Federal K-9 series. Apart from being a great series, I love that even though each book is technically a standalone, they all build on one another. So a new reader will still thoroughly enjoy and understand the story and characters, but those of us who have been there from the beginning experience a much more vibrant background and understanding that only enhances the already incredible storyline.

Dark 'N' Deadly is the third book in the Federal K-9 series by Tee O'Fallon. I have not read the previous books, and while some of the characters and situations from previous books do carry over I was able to enjoy this story on its own. However, I think that those that have read the previous books will get more from this read than newcomers like myself.

Dark ‘N Deadly is book three in Tee O’Fallon’s Federal K-9 series. I can tell you that these books can be read as standalone titles because this is the first one I’ve read in the series and had I not known there were other books, I would have assumed it was a standalone book. However, I’m a fan of series books so I’m always going to recommend you read them in order because I feel like you get more out of each book. So, at some point, I’ll be going back to read books one and two because I really ...more

I just LOVE this series. The alpha K-9 men along with their dogs are federal agents. The series follows the group as they meet their significant others. The stories are just filled with suspense and intrigue while we watch the characters also fall in love.

This story got me at the very first paragraph, and I never looked back. In fact, my heart is still racing from the journey that the fabulous Tee O'Fallon took me on. This is the story of ATF Special Agent Eric Miller whose partner is the amazing explosives detecting K-9, Tiger. This may be book 3 in the Federal K-9 series but it can absolutely be read as a stand alone and still understood. However, I do recommend the previous books because they did introduce these 2 characters and they are just great reads. In this one we get Eric Miller and Tess McTavish story. Eric works for the ATF and pulls over Tess's little brother in a truck that is full of explosives. If I could give this book a 10 star rating I would.
We are back with the K-9 group of officers who with their brave and wonderful dogs, fight for justice .
This time the story belongs to ATF Special Agent Eric Miller, his dog Tiger and Tess McTavish. A woman he’s been avoiding because of his attraction to her. She has secrets and he has an agenda to catch the person responsible for the deaths of his friends.
Fate brings them back together when Tess’s brother , a boy she hasn’t seen in

Dark and Deadly by Tee O’Fallon is intense both in the romance and the suspense. Tee was an officer and there are several details throughout the book that prove this.

Tess and her brother Jesse had an unusual and traumatic past. This justified some of Tess’s decisions.
Eric is dreamy. I truly enjoyed his character. And of course you cannot help but love Tiger, his K9. Enjoyed how the author created scenes between Eric and Jesse and Tiger.

What can I say? I really like those K9-dogs with their hot officers. So, after Lock 'n Load and Armed 'n Ready I was very happy to see Dark 'n Deadly. This time it is about Andi's friend Tess McTavish, who gets a call from her brother Jesse after ten years. Tess has escaped from her abusive stepfather at eighteen, only having to leave her baby brother of eight behind. But now, her brother was supposed to drop off a shipment, and he was caught red handed by Eric, the stick-to-the-rules officer, w ...more

I've been missing suspenseful romances lately and decided to request a copy of this one even though it's the third in the series. It can definitely be read as a standalone, though some previous couples/characters were clearly explored and established in previous series.

This is Tess's story and opens with her rushing to help the brother she hasn't seen for ten years. Oh the action this book has! We get to see Tess and Eric's story come together. In the previous book we found they had a connection, not acted upon, but the start of one. Now we see how they really feel and how they become a couple. I loved the strength Tess had and her determination to help and protect her brother. Tess and her brother had been separated but found each other again. Their story is a sad and hurtful one, but thankfully their bond restrengthens as they find one another again. Than ...more
