I am not sure I have enough of the right words to praise this book!
Oleg makes the stakes for business patently clear! What is at stake? Only the final success or failure of your organization. The author provides a potent prescription, adapt or fail; take care of the people first and foremost, success will follow naturally. Pay attention, this is not a one-off or set-it-and-forget-it exercise.
This is the new paradigm.

Leaderology is an impressive compendium for adaptable and decisive leaders-thinkers or those on their way to this level. The book is perfectly structured and well-illustrated with cases and examples where every chapter can be considered as a little book helping to achieve success in one way or another.

Interesting take on management

Konovalov shares a lot of information in nonfiction books, that is helpful to the professional, whether in management or just someone on their way up. LEADEROLOGY follows the lead on the theme of business and management styles. This book is well written, and it does not talk down to the reader.
