If you’ve read any of my book reviews before, then you’ll know I’m no stranger to Neeta’s books. This is the third book of hers I’ve read and I loved My Fun-Filled Fitness Folio just as much as her previous two books. After reading ‘My Back to Basics Business Bible’ by Neeta Oza, I jumped at the opportunity to review another one of her wonderful books. I’ve recently begun to work out again after I fell out of my routine, I was really grateful to receive a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
