I always enjoy a new adventure featuring protagonist Jill Gardner, owner of a cool coffee shop/bookstore in the small coastal town of South Cove. There are many likable characters in the Tourist Trap series such as Jill’s fiancé, Detective Greg King; her best friend Amy; her Aunt Jackie; ant the handsome baristas who help run the shop.

Aunt Jackie has everyone worried since she broke her engagement to Harrold Snider, who owns a shop across the street from Coffee, Books, and More. When Jill

Jill is on the trail of a mysterious caller who is targeting her Aunt Jackie. When Jackie calls off her engagement to Harrold and starts acting out of character, Jill has to ramp up her investigating. However, someone wants to shut down Jill's amateur sleuthing career - permanently!

I enjoy this series for so many reasons - the writing style allows the reader to feel as if they are "in the book" solving the mystery, the bookshop/coffee shop setting, the character of Jill is level-headed and kind,

I really enjoyed this book. I've enjoyed the entire series but this book is close to home. The problem of elderly abuse and scams/frauds is so prevalent today. To imagine the pain of thinking a lost one has returned or needs help. The book is fast paced and truly engrossing. I'm so glad that Jackie and Harold get back together. #MemoriesAndMurder #NetGalley

Lynn Cahoon’s Tourist Trap Mystery series was the first cozy mystery series I fell in love with, so new visits to South Cove and Jill’s Coffee, Books & More are always top of my TBR list!

I love the protagonist Jill and her dog Emma – everyone should have a dog like Emma & she brings a lot of subtle humor & sweetness into the stories. Memories and Murder is a unique installment in this series in that, this time, Jill is (mostly) not investigating the same crime that her hunky

Memories and Murder by Lynn Cahoon is the tenth book in Tourist Trap Mystery series but can be read as a standalone.

This is the first book that I have read in this series and I had no problem following the story.

Jill Gardner runs a book and coffee store with her aunt Jackie, who has all of a sudden broken her engagement with a great guy. After much hoaxing aunt Jackie admits that she has been getting calls from her husband, who has been dead for a long time.

This is the first full-length Tourist Trap mystery in a while and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. I find this series highly entertaining and when I start a new book I always know that I am going to lose myself in the story and enjoy my return visit to South Cove. Ms. Cahoon has done a wonderful job of creating a series that hits all the high points I look for in a cozy mystery series. Jill, Gregg, Aunt Jackie, Harold and the rest of the cast of characters are well defined, rich, and three ...more

Two mysteries and a murder. The question is can Jill Gardner stop her Aunt Jackie from making a terrible mistake before she loses money and so much more. It doesn't help that Jackie is keeping tight-lipped about what is happening. Her investigating is keeping her so busy she almost doesn't have time to snoop around in a murder investigation until she fears that an innocent person is going to be charged.

I enjoyed a lot about this story. The plot is engaging and the realistic characters are

Somehow, I missed a few books in the series, so will need to go back and find them. I enjoy the series and the characters, especially Jill and Greg. The other characters add interest as well. I also like the town of South Cove. Jill leaves the murder mystery mainly to Greg and focuses on the mystery involving her aunt Jackie.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley my eARC in exchange for an honest review. - Thank you for bringing this series back to my attention!

Memories and Murder by Lynn Cahoon is the 10th book in A Tourist Trap Mystery series, and a great addition. Jill Gardner is the owner of Coffee, Books, and More. When Jill's aunt Jackie calls off her wedding to Harrold, and starts acting strange Jill and her police officer boyfriend, Greg, are on the case. This book deals with elder scams, which is a very real problem. I love this series, and was not disappointed by this book. I highly recommend this book/series to all cozy mystery lovers. I ...more

This is the tenth book in the Tourist Trap mystery series by Lynn Cahoon.

This is my guilty pleasure series! I am so excited to dive back into the Tourist Trap saga with a full novel. Cahoon has been teasing us with novellas for the last few releases. So seeing this made my heart cheer!

In some ways I felt like I should have gone back and read the last few novel length books. I was shocked that Toby had broken up with his girl. When did that happen? Maybe I blocked it out. I always want

I’ve been reading this series since the very beginning. The Tourist Trap series is set in South Cove, California and features Jill Gardner as our main character. Jill owns Coffee, Books and More, which is exactly that, a coffee shop with a bookstore. Jill isn’t the only one in this ambitous endeavor, she shares the shop with her Aunt Jackie, a spry senior who believes in living life to its fullest. Jackie has had her share of heartbreak in her life, including the death of her husband Ted, which ...more

I stumbled on this series about a year ago and have gobbled it up like turkey on Thanksgiving Day. I feel so at home with Jill and her Aunt Jackie every time I open up a book in the Tourist Trap series. We have books, coffee, and murder. A trifecta of perfect cozy mystery ready.

I enjoyed the topic of elder abuse in the form of scams. Unfortunately, there are so many elderly that have no one to watch out for them and they end up losing so much. Lynn Cahoon tackled the subject with finesse and

Who knew elder abuse and murder went hand in hand, but Jill, Greg and gang are back in action as they try to find out who is picking on the elderly and who killed a local elder counselor's boyfriend in her house! The plot is intriguing as several storylines overlap, once again creating a well woven story sure to entertain! The best part is we are finally back to a full length story that picks up where the timeline left off prior to the author deviating to write several novellas to help flesh out ...more

Lynn Cahoon has become one of my go-to authors for cozy mysteries. I've fallen in love with South Cove and all of the wacky characters. Bookstore/ coffee shop owner Jill has a way of attracting trouble and her friends wouldn't have her any other way. Enjoy this latest edition to an already great series.

This is the first Tourist Trap Mystery I read and it was an enjoyable introduction to the series. It took me a little more time to get to know the characters, but I soon settled in and was lost in the story. The murder mystery kept me guessing and I was surprised to find out the killer. Another outstanding book by Lynn Cahoon!

Lynn Cahoon wins the gold with another excellent tourist trap mystery!

This time Jill is worried about her aunt who may have been getting calls from her dead husband and the boyfriend of an advocate for the elderly who is found shot to death.

Great small-town vibe and characters

The mystery is solid and kept me guessing till the end.
It's the first book I read in this series and won't surely be the last.
