Light, winsome, and engaging!

Slow Dancing at Sunrise is a sweet, humorous, enemies-to-more romance featuring the independent, feisty Whitney and the confident, hardworking, winemaker Luke as they discover that even though they got off to a rocky start, in the end, they might just be perfect for each other.

The prose is passionate and witty. The characters are quirky, charming, meddling, and endearing. And the plot is an enchanting tale of undeniable attraction, sizzling chemistry, awkward moments

I know I've mentioned this before but I'll say it again, I love trying new authors. It's like going on an adventure into the unknown. Scary but thrilling all the same.

This is my first time trying Jo McNally. I saw this cover in the store and just had to get it. Didn't even know what it was about, the cover sold me that much. I started it and then had to put it down because it read slow.

Let me explain, I feel that

3.5 stars rounded up. This was a fun, light read. I feel like it could easily be made into a Hallmark movie. After living in the Finger Lakes region for college and visiting many of the wineries, I was excited to finally read a story set there (it is as beautiful as it's described in the book). Although the concept of a big-city professional losing her job and moving to a small town isn't new to contemporary romance stories, Jo McNally does a nice job of making Whitney Foster's conflicting emoti ...more

I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley and I am voluntarily reviewing it.

This is a wonderful start to a new series. I totally was enchanted with Luke and Whitney. The plot was a great one that I couldn't put down. Luke, a "Rutledge", had a hard upbringing due to an alcoholic father. Whitney comes to Rendezvous Falls after losing her job as partner at an international accounting firm in Chicago. These two just shot sparks off from each other right from the beginning. Neither

This was my very first read by Jo McNally & I was quite pleasantly surprised! Any winery set book is going to get my attention , Bonus is a match making bookclub . I was immediately drawn to all the characters in this story ! Whittney & Luke were complex characters who were bound to clash the way they did however sweet grieving Helen was a force to be reckoned with! The angst between Luke &

Slow Dancing at Sunrise is the fun, witty story of Whitney Foster. Whitney had her life planned out until she lost her job. After being made a scapegoat by the partners in her firm, Whitney ran to her aunt’s winery. Instead of the bustling place she remembered, it looked worn down & abandoned. Whitney & the winery manager, Luke had their work cut out for them. They needed to get everything ship shape before the summer season.

I loved this story! It was fun, flirty & entertaining. I h

This was a sweet book. I kind of wish that I got to go to Finger Lakes and enjoy the scenery from the way that it was described.. Whitney is starting over in a small town which is not easy since she is big city girl, there she meets Luke and he was ok, at first I wasn't crazy about him but eventually he won me over. We have some some laughs with secondary characters which help round out the story..Grab a copy and Enjoy!

Another wonderful story! Whitney comes to help her aunt Helen at the winery. Luke is the handyman at the winery. Helen and her book club friends dabble in matchmaking not successful by any means but full of good intentions. The characters are relatable and the story flows effortlessly as you're rooting for love and hope to be restored in Rendezvous Falls. I received an ARC of this and volunteered to review it.

I just saw this author on a fb page I follow and then a few days later saw her book at our local Walmart so I decided to give her a read. She is a wonderful awesome talented author and this definitely will not be my last book by her. I look forward to reading many more Jo McNally books.

This was a very fun and romantic read. An enemies to lovers romance that offers likeable characters, intense attraction, steamy chemistry, drama, humor, sweetness, heart and delightful banter. Add in a charming setting and a welcome cast of secondary characters and it is easy to understand the appeal of Whitney and Luke's story. Of my own accord I am posting a forthright review.

I write the same kind of romances I like to read – stories about characters facing real-life challenges with real-life consequences. The stories are emotional, but still have humor, and love always finds a way to pull the characters through together.
