Heartwarming. A western romance about Tilly and Lance trying to recover from their respective heart aches. Lance, a widower, has additional challenges in the form of two young step-daughters. This is a Christian, clean, emotional and heartwarming story of patience, growth and trust. I received a free copy of this book from Hidden Gems but this is my honest and voluntary review.

This story is about two very hurt people who come together to help two very hurt children. Tilly was scarred in a fire and forced to go back to Glory, Montana to her family, but Tilly can't bear the stares and whispering of the town people. Lance's step children hate and he can't run his ranch and keep up with his step children who defy him at every turn. Together Lance and Tilly find a way to heal his step children, Tilly and himself. This is a loving tale and well written. They have many adven ...more

A lovely book.
This was a beautifully written book about family and God’s love. The characters were outstanding and the words just jumped off the page they were so well-written. The author has given the reader such a vivid description of events so touching and heartwarming. This is a book you will come back to over and over again. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

4.5 stars.

A story filled with pain, sadness, forgiveness, hope, love, friendship, kindness, bravery, acceptance and God's love. The writing brought the people and places to life. The story flowed well and drew me in. This is a new author for me so this is the first in the series I have read. I enjoyed the embedding of God's word as a way of living and a way to teach. I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an ARC.

Book eight in the Glory, Montana series a well written story, of looking past the fiscal features of a person and seeing the beautiful person underneath. This story has a great storyline and made me feel like I was there watching it unfold. I will be reading more in this series. I received a copy of this book through Hidden Gems and I am voluntarily reviewing it.

Lance and Tilly

This is a well written story and the plot and characters, past and continuing, were well written as well. There is excitement, adventure, sadness and sorrow, but also the hope of a happily ever after. You will enjoy this story.

Linda Ford grew up devouring books and making up stories in her head—often late at night when she couldn't sleep. But she hadn't planned to write. Instead, she dreamed of running an orphanage. In a way, that dream came true. She married, had four homemade children, adopted ten and lived (at times, endured) the dream.

Writing first took her to non-fiction human-interest articles for newspapers and
