Update: 1/14/2020

I still stand by what I said.

Nahri and Ali better not get together romantically or I will revolt.
I honestly can't even *imagine* what direction this book will take after the events of book #2 but I AM SO FREAKING EXCITED and it'll 100% worth however damn long the wait is. I just want my children (ALI AND NAHRI) happy and safe

Update: 07/11/19 *BARGES IN* LOOK AT THIS COVER LOOK AT IT *throw confetti*

UPDATE: Expected publication is now FEBRUARY!! *jumps up and down whilst squeling*

Omg would you just look at that GORGEOUS cover!

Now that I'm all hyped up again, I'm 100% sure that I need an ARC. Besides, I've been dangling off the cliff in book 2 for far too long already and I'm not strong enough to hold on for much longer.

And does the fact that I've never recieved an ARC before (sob) stop me from promising to do anything and everything to get my hands on this

This has to be without doubt the best fantacy Book series i have read after Harry Potter series and the hunger games series. It magically hooks the reader and opens your imagination to a wild wild magical world where reality and myth mix in such a extraordinary way that all seems way too real to be fantasy. So tangible. You could feel the magic pouring from the pages.

I cannot wait to the third book! I have read the second book in literally 1 day. I couldn’t move. Became literally frozen.

It has a title! The next year is going to be AGONY. But the wait will be worth it. I'll just reread the books in anticipation! If anyone is reading this who hasn't read the first 2 books - GO READ THEM NOW.

I legitimately cannot wait. I am going to *lose my mind* waiting for this book. I just want everyone to be okay. And also for Manizheh to die. And for Muntadhir and Jamshid to live happily ever after. I can't decide whether I want Dara to end up with Nahri, or be given the sweet release of death. IT'S ALL TOO MUCH. I adore you, Shannon.

Eagerly waiting for the Empire of Gold to devour!! S.A. Chakraborty better not to kill Drayavahous!! The first two books built and disclosed so many secrets and mysteries that I along with the rest of the readers are dying to know what will happen at the END. I could cry for ALI or Even for Jamshid, but I will be gone into book coma and freeze into emotional-shock if something happens to DARA!! and here is the success and satisfaction for an author whose readers loved, cherished and succumbed ...more

I don’t know how much more thoroughly this series can break my heart, but I’m sure it’ll find a way.

(also, what do you mean, this book has only 400 pages? How could anyone wrap this up in 400 pages?)

(also also, after reading that synopsis, I'm so excited for this I might die) (or at the very least pass out)
