You will need to pick and choose. Luckily, many resources are provided. I appreciated this book and its view on education. Implementing those changes in an existing school would be rather difficult without the entire staff "on board".

The book read likes a road map for school reform. It is a little lofty in its goals, but the ideals are a strong catalyst for change.
