As a top fan of this author, I was fortunate enough to be able to read this before the actual publishing date. I am delighted to give my review, which I don't do often.

Have you ever thumbed through a vintage issue of Photoplay Magazine or perused Hedda Hopper's gleeful puncturing of the shining soap bubble lives of celebrities? Have you ever wondered how a celebrity is reacting within the fortress of their multi-million dollar abode when all their high-end, but dirty laundry has been hung out t

As a disclaimer, I got an advance copy of this book in exchange for a review.
I've never read one of this author's books but I'm now a fan! I love the era this book is set in and as I've also been to Carmel a few times the cover grabbed me immediately. Terri Lee is a gifted writer. She had me from the first line, which was "I had to pee." LOL
Love, love, love the supporting characters too. I'm originally from Barcelona and have been to Rome many times. The author must have been there herself in

Natalie Hampton was America's sweetheart. From a very young age she was the face on the screen that everyone adored and envied. When gossip and headlines strike Natalie is wounded and heads to Rome. Rome brings romance if she can hold on to to it. Set in the 1970's with a beautiful backdrop this was a fabulous story that pulled me in quickly and held me to it. I loved everything about it. Just beautiful!

This is my first book by this author, I loved it and can’t wait to see what is next. This is a well written story that took me on an emotional roller coaster. It has been awhile since I read a book that has taken me on this ride and this one certainly did. The characters are connectable and made the story realistic. This is about two people who have been hurt and really are in need of healing. Is it possible they can find that in each other? I highly recommend this book and find out.

What a fantastic book! It was a wonderfully broad exploration of emotion that left me completely engrossed from beginning to end. Lee does a beautiful job with this book and creates a wonderful story that will leave the reader captivated. Absolutely will recommend this to others. I cannot wait to read it again!

From the time I was a little girl I've had stories swimming in my head. The beginning of my love affair with words.
My tag line is:
ROMANCE MAY BE PRETTY BUT LOVE STORIES ARE REAL.

I chase them down with a passion, unwilling to settle for the tale that sits on the surface. Digging until I reveal the truth. Beneath the pretty layers we present to the world, we find relationships str
