Utterly brilliant
There is nothing I can say about this story that will turn you away.
It is just a brilliant piece of writing.
The characters are just gorgeous and so well thought out, they could be your neighbours!
The story had me in tears for good and bad parts, parts I will read again and again.
This is a keeper kinda book, the one you need to own because it has broken a part of you and you’ll never be the same again.

I’m speechless. I’m also so happy I saw this book promoted on social media as I needed this story in my life.

I don’t normally put the blurb into my review but in all honestly that’s the only peek of the story your gonna get from me. You need to go into this blind. As I said at the beginning I’m speechless.
This is definitely going to be one of my top favourite reads this year, without a doubt.
Super excited to see this author has more books released. I’ll certainly be looking to read more from her in the future.

Where the Sad Roses Grow is definitely 100% one of those books that I NEVER saw coming! I was intrigued by the blurb, but nothing could prepare me for what I just experienced, and yes, it's an experience. If you want any details, read the blurb, because I'm not coming off anything! I promise you that going in blind is the way to go for real! Tee Smith completely blew my mind, wrecked my emotions, and had me dropping a record number of f-bombs like no other. Obviously, you can tell that there are going to be twists, and OMG WERE THERE TWISTS! The twists turned everywhere while the turns were all twisted up, so honestly, I wasn't sure which way was up throughout. I just know that my heart raced all the way until the end, and still, I'm not over it at all! So that's all from me, because seriously, everyone just needs to one click this baby IMMEDIATELY & buckle the hell up! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

EVERLASTING HANGOVER!
A brutal beautifully written read that will leave an everlasting book hangover making this a fricken amazing read I absolutely loved. An Unstoppable whirlwind of emotions and Explosive Outbursts. Attention grabbing heart pounding twists that will either send your fingers flying or stepping away need to space yourself from the impeding words that hit with one helll of an impact that are incredibly hard to digest and even harder to move on from. There aren't enough words to describe this read just that it is Phenomenal, mind blowing, heart-pounding bundle of emotional chaos that I urge you to get it do not hesitate it is that fricken good and will continue to haunt you long after the last page has been read.

I could not put this book down. The cover reeled me in, the blurb intrigued me, and before I knew it, I was hooked. It isn't the sort of thing I'd normally read, but it was so well written, I fell into step very quickly. Telling the story from Lilac's point of view was perfect. Her (initial) limited understanding of the world she'd been born into kept the reader guessing and longing for answers. The author added many details and flourishes, which painted a very real picture of how basic the lives of the 'select' were. How little choice they had in things. As a reader, I wanted so much more for Lilac and her peers. I felt my emotions pulled to the surface time and again, hoping things would turn out favourably for the girls. Every time an injustice occurred I felt outraged on their behalf. This, is how immersed in the story I was. The pace of this book was perfect, and the ending fitting. I highly recommend this to all.

One word is all that is need to describe this book WOW!! This has to be one of the best books I have ever read. The emotions, the secrets, the twists and turns will have your mind spinning. Like the other reviewers, I have read there is no way I am going to tell you what happens this book is just too good to do that. If you only read a few books a year this one needs to be on your TBR list right at the top. High praise to this brilliant author and high praise for this outstanding story really it is a must-read. This is a new author to me, and I was glued to my Kindle app as I read this book. The story is brilliant and has some amazing twists and turns to it that were completely unexpected. This is a definite page-turner and an emotional rollercoaster. It’s one of those books that leave you sitting for a while once you have finished it, not quite sure how to move on from the story. If this is the caliber of this author’s writing, then she is going to be very high up on my must read list for future books.

This is a truly amazing must-read book. Full of emotion, twists and turns, this book grips you and does not let you go. You are on the edge of your seat as you have no choice to keep turning the pages. I have to read more by this author!

WOW! I didn’t see that coming. This book has it all from happy to crying to just WOW! I’ve read all books from this author and this is her best yet. Talk about a book hangover. Can’t wait for her next release.
