Very practical book, full of tips for creating a better life by choosing correct behaviors. The concept of the Reality Model is particularly useful. This book is not as popular as it should be. I almost threw it away when I was decluttering, very thankful I decided to read it instead. Surprisingly helpful and easy to read.
