Professor Schuck does a great job giving the background to the Agent Orange trial. However, he often steers the book toward an affirmation of Judge Weinstein's use of judicial activism without addressing the consequences of this approach. Read for a solid history of the Agent Orange trial, but I recommend doing additional research to get more balanced opinions on Weinstein.
