Break Wave by A.C. Williams, Amazon Bestselling Author (Second Chance Romance)
Jordan Stone is a small-town girl with big time dreams. Stepping out of the rubble of a tumultuous past, Jordan spends her days immersed in her music, surrounded by friends and her boyfriend Tyler, and when she's not working odd-jobs on the boardwalk, she's working on a dream: Escaping Break Wave, New Jersey. Achieving that dream will come at a cost, though. The question is, will Jordan Stone risk everything that is dear to her for a one-shot at a better life?

The Plan by Kiersten Modglin (Second Chance Single Parent Romance)

Now, two failed marriages, four kids, and years of baggage between them, Luke and Darcy are in their hometown again. Can the couple get back on course to live out the plan they once had? Or will the past be enough to make them run once again?

Scars by M. Piper (Second Chance Police Romance)
Returning to her small hometown to deal with the loss of her father, Kate doesn't expect to connect with those from her past. She definitely doesn't expect to fall for her high school sweetheart, the boy that pushed her away so many years before. Sparks fly as old flames are reignited, but is Daxon's love enough to keep Kate from returning to the life she left behind?

Training Maisy by Samantha Morgan (Second Chance Romance)
After joining a gym, a steamy night with Maisy’s personal trainer leads to more heartbreak when he tells her they can never be an item. He uses the gyms policy as an excuse, but Maisy knows the truth: she’s just not desirable.

Kinky Ink by Heather Guimond (Opposites Attract Romance)
Tired of his shallow and pretentious life as the heir to an oil resources empire, Nate Trumbull left Manhattan behind when he bought a chicken ranch just outside Corpus Christi, TX. He knew his life would change for the better, but never bargained on falling for sexy tattoo artist, Roselle Wolfe, when he faints dead away in her chair. They're nothing alike, they come from two different worlds, but there's no denying there's magic between them. When his father comes to call to bring him back into the family fold, it spells trouble for the two. Will Nate stay and fight for his new life and love, or will he return to honor his family duty?

Becoming His World by Barbra Campbell (Second Chance Romance)
Samantha struggles to cope with a miscarriage when the baby's daddy finally decides to show back up. Connor apologizes, professes his love, takes care of her, and does all the right things...until he leaves again. He won't come clean about his job, and she can't handle his obsession over her safety. Should she trust his mysterious ways, or follow her own path and live out her dream to sing on Broadway?

One for the Road by Lexi Hart (Bad Boy Romance)
After a five year absence, resident bad boy Mason is riding back into his hometown for the weekend. Celeste isn’t the chubby geek who crushed hard on the town’s rebel all through high school anymore. She’s spent the last five years waiting for a chance to purposely bump into the rogue with a reputation for breaking good girls’ hearts. And she has no intention of letting Mason slip away without getting what she craved all through high school.

After reading the Lilac collection I was super excited to read the Moonflower collection. I wasn’t disappointed as this was a superb read.

This collection has brand new standalones from some of our favourite authors. A few of these was new to me but not anymore and now I’m super excited to read more from them.

Brilliant collection of stories that pulled on many of my emotions. I’ll now be adding them all to my read more list.

I absolutely love anthologies, and this one sure doesn't disappoint! Each story is incredible in its own way.

One story that sticks out is The Plan by Kiersten Modglin. Its a story of young love, but because of differing backgrounds, can never come to fruition. Or can it? The story of Darby and Luke will pull at your heartstrings and you will root for them as much as I did. I love how the story spans over years to show how they have grown into adults who could maybe now be together. There is heartache, but there is also love. I truly enjoyed this story.

Another great story is Kinky Ink by Heather Guimond. It’s a truly enjoyable story about Nate and Rosella. He’s truly to get out from under his parents thumb and she is an upcoming tattoo artist. Their banter will make you laugh! They both come from completely different worlds. Can they make it as a couple? You’ll have to read this to find out!

Promise Me Tomorrow by Alyssa Cole will pull at your heartstrings and leave you an emotional mess. The story of Juliet and Will is so good. This story has it all..young love, tragedy, sadness, happiness, and new love? I really enjoyed this story and so will you.

Scars by M. Piper is a lovely story about second chance love. When Daxon and Kate were in school there was attraction, but they came from different social groups. One rumor, and any chances were ruined. Fast forward many years and their paths cross again. Can it work this time? This story is a truly enjoyable read!

One For The Road by Lexie Hart touches on unrequited love when younger. Celeste has always crushed on Mason, and when a wedding comes up that they both attend, she is determined to show him she is not the same person. But Mason shows her that things weren't always as they seemed. These two characters have great chemistry and I enjoyed their banter. This was a great read!

Becoming His World by Barbra Campbell is a story about mystery, intrigue, lust and love. Connor and Sam have started a whirlwind relationship, but Connor is holding something back. Sam wants to continue her rising stardom on Broadway, but Connor wants her to hold back. Why? Sam wants answers, and wants Connor to tell her. This was a twisty story that I really enjoyed.

Fight Me by Samantha Morgan is a story about Hunter, a MMA fighter who no longer fights, and Cassie, a young woman who wants Hunter to train her to be a MMA fighter. But while he runs a gym, he doesn't want to train anyone. Can Cassie convince him?? These are two very strong characters who I really loved reading about. It is a story of lust and love and I found it to be very entertaining.

The last story, Break Wave by A.C. Williams is a story of hopes and dreams and how to get out from under sadness and a not so great life. Jordan has an opportunity to go to school and her boyfriend Ryan, wants to help her to go. But she has some things in her life to work our first. I found this story to be quite inspirational and found it to be heartwarming.

This compilation exposed me to some new authors. I loved the stories. Some were a bit short, but well written.

Kinky Ink by Heather Guimond was a great story. I admired the strength of both of these characters, even when their own strong ideals leads to drama. I loved Ro's strength and her ability to be true to what she needed. Nathan's ability to decide to chart his own path and not that expected of him, and freely accepting the challenges caused by his decisions was refreshing. Great story.

The Plan, by Kiersten Modglin is a great second chance story. I won't lie, I was a bit frustrated by Darby at first, but I grew to love her ability to deal with anything. Luke was no angel either. The story of their love and loss and second chance is fraught with some hair pulling and a bit of yelling on my part. In short, I loved it.

Scars by M. Piper really resonated with me. Kate Berg, never fit in her small town. Nerdy, talented, not part of the in crowd, she befriended Daxon. That friendship led to more but only in secret. When the secret was revealed, like a chicken he denied their love, crushing her and setting off both of them to their own destiny. Years later, Daxon is still living in small town and coping with his loss of a football career while Kate is an up and coming actress in New York. A chance accident results in their reunion. This story frustrated me. The characters both suffered and had so many hurts. Watching them work them out was sometimes painful, mostly beautiful. Wonderful read.

One For the Road by Lexi Hart was great. Taking a chance on catching the storied "bad boy," Celeste pursues Mason, the boy turned man she now has a crush on. Not all is what it seems in this story. The chemistry between the characters is hot. The ending was perfect.

Becoming His World by Barbara Campbell was a complex story. Samantha and Connor are separated by tragedy and secrets. Secrets that hurt and push them apart. My heart hurt for these characters, and soared when they figured it out. I really enjoyed this story, especially the ending.

Fight Me by Samantha Morgan is a really fast read. Hunter is a former fighter who had his career cut short by an injury. Cassie wants a trainer. Hunter of course finds it impossible to resist this girl working his way into his heart. They have almost immediate chemistry, energy that is explosive at times. The story line is fantastic.

Breakwave by A.C. Williams was a good, melancholy story with a hopeful ending. Jordan Stone is trapped in an unhappy home in a washed up town which showcases its entertainment and hides the ugly reality of it's town in the shadows. Jordan's only happiness is her best friend Ryan. I loved this friends to lovers story. Even in the darkest of places, love and hope can flourish.

Leave Me Breathless: The Moonflower Collection was a fabulous set of stories that I really enjoyed.
Kinky Ink was fantastic! Rosella a tattoo artist gets a first time tattoo virgin, Nathan. Sparks fly! Nate was so adorable and Ro was sassy with a heart of gold. These two were so much fun! Really enjoyed this one.
The Plan was okay for me. Darby and Luke were in love since they were young until Luke betrayed Darby in the worst way. Now Darby's back in her hometown and runs into Luke. Will they get a second chance? I was mad at Luke, I know he was a kid but it just rubbed me the wrong way. But you might love this story. What I can say is it brought out so many emotions that days after reading it, I was still thinking about it. So I'd say the author did a great job on it.
I absolutely loved Promise Me Tomorrow! Will goes out of town and Juliet is in an accident and loses her memory. This story was heartbreaking but also heartwarming. Will Juliet get her memories back or will she let Will go forever?
"If you promise me all of your tomorrows, I'll show you all of our yesterdays "- Will.
Scars Kate the nerd and Daxon the jock. They had a secret relationship until it was exposed and he crushed her heart by being a coward. Fifteen years and a car accident later brings them back into each others life. This was such a cute, sweet and lovely second chance romance.
One For The road Celeste wanted Mason in high school but it never happened. Years later she goes looking for him and sparks fly. Not everything is as it seems. Bad boy turned good? These two were so good together. I really did enjoyed this one too.
Becoming His World Samantha had a devastating loss and trying to get ahold of Conner with no luck. He's been very secretive and mysterious about what he's been up to. It was a total shock with twists and turns that keep me flipping the pages.
Fight Me Cassie's wants a trainer and wants it to be Hunter. She goes to his gym to try to get him to coach her. With a losing bet he tries to make her quit. Cassie was so strong and sassy. Loved her attitude. Hunter had been hurt and being a bone head but he was so loveable. Two people who so deserved each other and happiness.
Break Wave Jordan has a horrible home life buy a wonderful guy, Ryan in her life. She really wanted to go to Julliard in New York and leave her dead end town. This was super short but a great start. I really hope we get more to their story. I would really love to see how their new chapter's work out.
So go grab this dreaming of love collection and fall in love too!

Once again this series of collections with a different aspect caught me by surprise on how well it is grouped together. Most I had not read before but a couple I had but awhile ago. Most were my favorite that involved a second chance with one being a opposite attraction and one bad boy romance. Break Wave will be always picking at your curiosity with questions you need answers too as Jordan takes you in this one.
The Plan was one I easily related too since I had been a single parent with Darcy and Luke having you on pins and needles with will it have that ending we want.
Scars will pull at the emotions alot with healing and hurt going hand in hand. Training Maisy will have you scratching your head alot with also maybe wanting to smack someone once or twice.
Kinky Ink had me from the get go as I do not mind seeing the banter in a building of a relationship when it is opposites. They make such dynamite couples after the explosives are done.
Becoming His World will have you almost feeling like the answers do not come fast enough as emotions and secrets are abound in this one. Samantha and Conner have quite the story with a little intrigue along with it.
One for the Road will have you waiting for when Celeste will have her way with a bit of fanning until that happens. Oh how we want to eat those boys up but this one even more so.
Just as the title says you will have it effect you that way and wonder how long to recover when you are all finished with this collection.

I came here for Lyssa Cole’s story Promise Me Tomorrow. Juliet and Will’s story was wonderful. This story was beautifully written. It was great watching them find their way back to each other after a tragedy. This was a really great story about love and triumph over any obstacle.

This whole anthology was so good. I started out for one story and by the time I was done, I was loving all 8 stories. I came into this only knowing 2 authors but I have found 6 more that I will read more of. Just make sure that you keep the tissues handy because by the time you are done, you will probably need them.

I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

*Scars by M. Piper*

Ugh M. Piper knows how to crush your heart then put it back together! I love second chance romances and this story does NOT disappoint!! It’s got everything you want, an epic ending, a traumatic reintroduction, the slow burn to reacquaint themselves, HAWT and explosive fireworks, and an amazing finale. The description of their scars was sooo leave you with your mouth gapping, no words, light bulbs going off, your soul melting and so much more! I’m claiming adult Daxon for myself bc they don’t get much sweeter than that!!

This anthology delivers up a boatload of feels with eight enticing stories that will leave you swooning after firmly tugging at your heartstrings. Each of these well written and engaging stories focuses on its own couple and and seperate storyline. You get a variety of second chance, bad boy and opposites attract romances that I feel provide something for everyone. The storylines feature lots of drama, interesting characters, tension and emotional turmoil. All together a very solid and enjoyable read. Of my own accord I am posting a candid review.

This collection of stories is amazing. I read it based on one particular featured author, Lyssa Cole. Her story, Promise Me Tomorrow, was epic. You could feel the emotion in the pages, the frustration, the heartache and the love. While she is the reason I read this collection, she was not the only story I immensely enjoyed. The entire collection was a pleasant surprise, usually with anthologies there are one or two that just don't cut it, but this collection seemed to lack that particular flaw. I look forward to reading more from the authors within this collection. Wonderful job!

A fascinating collection of romantic and entertaining stories by different authors. They develop the theme of second chances at living and achieving your dreams and the trials each character experiences on their romantic journeys. This collection is well written and well worth getting to read. This is my honest opinion.

I loved this! This has so many amazing stories. Many of these are new-to-me authors and others I've heard but never read. I can tell you that now I have new authors to add to my list because I couldn't put this down. They are new stories for these authors so it's a good way to give you an idea as to their writing. Each story was different but to enthralling.

"When do you want to see me again?"
"You can't ask me that."
"Why not?"
"Because if I had the choice, I'd never take my eyes off of you."

I am reviewing the contribution by Kiersten Modglin, titled "The Plan".

We all remember young love, right? The boy (or girl) that you swore you were destined to be with forever. The one you made secret promises to, stole kisses with, and trusted with all your heart. Well, for Luke and Darby were like that....until they weren't. Promises were broken. Hearts were shattered. Lies were told. And choices were made.

Now, years later, and a divorce later, Darby is back in her hometown trying for a new start. Running in to Luke after all these years wasn't what she planned, but maybe, deep down, what she hoped. With three kids in tow and recently widowed, he's not the boy she remembered. But, her heart remembers - remembers the love, the plans they made, the lies and the heartbreak. Can she risk her heart again on the hopes that he's changed? Just when she thinks she can let her walls down, a secret, or is it a lie, might ruin her all over again.

This was a great story!! In true Modglin fashion, there's a twist you won't expect, and a happy ever after worth waiting for!

I love anthologies. This whole collection of different themed anthologies by a variety of authors had my interest piqued from the beginning. I was right to be excited. This was the first collection that the majority were new to me authors. I will be looking for more from them in the future. The stories range on the heat factor but all were told with the purpose of rediscovering the importance of love.
