THere is a good section listing many formulas for hot flashes and the many different types of hot flashes women experience, much more detailed then anything we learnt in school. THere are some other good alternatives but they also are pro for hormone replacement therapy, which is not my cup of tea.

I wouldn't call it the new Menopause book since it was written in 2006. I read it trying to get a clearer picture of using HRT but I really didn't find any new information or useful material.
