Weston is Emily’s (The heroines) ex. I suppose that’s what you’d consider him. In the beginning, Weston forced her to give him head. (Suck his cock. LOL. I use US slang) Weston has photographs of Emily snorting coke at a party and is blackmailing Emily, threatening to send them over to her parents.

Adam is the Hero, who is a college football player. Perfect right? Wrong. Adam has a great deal of responsibility on his shoulders. Adam has a sister with an acute health condition. To make matters wo
I’m always happy to dive into a new Siobhan Davis release, but I fear I’m going to be in the minority with this one. I was ready for an emotional book, one that broke me, but I found myself unable to connect with this one. Whilst the story had me reading to the end, I was never invested in the way I had hoped to be.

Siobhan Davis and S.B. Alexander make a great writing team, the story flowed so well together. Although I was able to work out who wrote what, this was nothing to do with their styles

Holding on to Forever is a new adult romance with heavy themes and topics, which is par for the course with any Davis book. So, trigger warnings for substance abuse, rape, and sexual assault.

Holding on to Forever follows Adam and Emily who are both in impossible situations. Adam returns to dealing drugs when his sister's medical bills become unmanageable. Adam ends up dealing to Emily, who is quickly spiraling out of control. Throw in a whirlwind romance and things turn ugly.

This is a book that grabs you from the get go and makes you not able to stop reading until you finish the last page. I couldn't help but want to keep going to find out what happens to Emily and where things are going to go.

Emily is one of those characters that even though she does some things that are annoying you can't help but have her in your heart and want to help her along the way. She is a super smart give that makes bad decisions until you find out why she does them then you will have you

5 OMG MOMENT STARS!! This book was crazy busy that sucked me in from the first page. Adam and Emily both have had lots of drama, but these two will touch your heart. Their story will hit all your emotion button with some tough subjects and keep you turning pages. These two authors compliment each other writing and turned out a fantastic story.
I really adore S. B. Alexander's books and I really like most of Sioban Davis's books but I just couldn't get into this one. I found myself quitting this one so many times but then picking it back up only because it was an ARC book. I even went as far as to quit in the first half and write a DNF review but decided to delete that review and give it one last chance but it didn't really help. I did end up finishing the book and did give it one more star than the first time but I didn't really like ...more

Adam Miller isn’t your typical college athlete. Sure he’s the starting quarterback and he is darn good at what he does, but he’s also a family guy. He would go to the ends of the earth for his mom and sister. When he finds out that his mom lost her job and the health insurance that went along with it, he revisits a part of his past he would have liked to have left behind to help make cash to help his family out. He starts dealing drugs. It’s a quick way to make the cash he needs to help out, not ...more

This book is everything love is about: Crazy and Messy!
Adam and Emily are two lonely people just trying to make it through this crappy things called life. Their meeting is by chance, but their love is destined by fate!

This book deals with real life issues, and every day struggles. It definitely tugs at the heart strings, and made me see things from a different perspective. Their battle to get from where the book starts to where is ends had me rooting for them every step of the way.

Ive been looking forward to this release since it was announced. Being on Siobhan’s advanced reader copy team I have the privilege of reading before d day and taking time to reflect.
In this story you will meet Adam and Emily. Two young adults, each with demons nipping at their heels. In each other they find love, but it isn’t straightforward. It’s important to note that this story could be triggering for some so please use your support networks or the numbers listed in the book. I know Siobhan

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
I have loved siobhan and her books ever since I read The Kennedys boys series. And I was so happy when I got a ARC. And this book did not disappoint. It has a great story line and discuss so many important topics. It shows how an addict's life can be. The two main characters were wrote so well. I will admit, sometimes it was hard to read. I had to pause at times. But only because of things Emily had been through were hard to read. I just w

This book is nothing like anything I've read before. It's gritty, sad and real.
The writing was seamless, I'm a huge fan of Ms Davis and I could not tell who was writing what. Bravo! I'd love to see these Two authors write more together.
Thank you for the Arc

I loved it!! The story is different from other books siobhan and S.B Alexander have wrote. A wonderfully written book about abuse, addiction, love and forgiveness. The characters are really well written and Adam is such a sweetheart who loves his family and would do absolutely anything for them. Emily is such a sad soul with darkness is her past shes trying to forget. I would really recommend this book because who doesn't love a happy ever after. Holding on to Forever by Siobhn Davis and S.B. Alexander is a standalone novel, raw and gritty and deals with sens. subjects. This book is not for the faint of heart.
Meet Adam. He's at college at a sports sholarship, but his mother and sister need him, badly. And they need money just as bad. When he has a glorious - not - idea to make money, quick he's about to make a grave mistake.

Prepare to cry, swoon and fall in love with Adam & Emily. This is such a heartfelt and romantic story, that you’re not going to want to miss.

Written by two of my favorite authors, they wrote as one. It was seamless. It was such an honest, raw depiction of addiction. I cried so much through this book for Emily and what she was going through. Adam loved so hard. It was one of the things that drove him to sell drugs. A stupid and dangerous idea, but it is how he first met Emily. He was drawn t

It's so emotional that I 😢

Adam oh this boy is everything soccer player,
sweetheart,protector, beloved.
He loves his family and do their best to,
help and protect them.
Emily broken girl, drug addict and who likes to party.
Relationships with parents are not good.
His father is also Adam's coach

I was lucky to beta read this book.
I've never read anything before by S.B. Alexander, but I beta read all of Siobhan Davis's books, so beta reading this one was a no brainer for me. If Siobhan is involved, I'm reading it, and if I can get it earlier, then hell yes.

If I hadn't known that two authors wrote this together, I would have had no idea. It really flowed so well. There's something so beautiful about stand-alone novels. Maybe it's the sense of completion you get when you read them. I LOV

Awesome! I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book. This is such a great and original story! It was a breathe of fresh air to read this story and become involved in their world. I made the mistake of starting it at night and finished it WAY past my bedtime - but it was definitely worth it! The main characters Emily and Adam will leave you wanting more! Your heart will break and warm all in the same read. Great book!

I don't know how I want to rate this just yet. I need to sit and absorb my feelings on this one.

Holding on to Forever was my first book by S.B. Alexander. I am a huge Siobhan Davis fan so reading this was a no brainer. I think the two of these authors meshed fairly well together and I didn't know who was writing which part. I really liked the blurb when I read it, so of course I couldn't wait to dive in. So lets get too it.

I struggled a little bit with it because of the whole drug issue. As so

One is the sexy, talented drug dealing quarterback. The other is a beautiful, damaged drug-abusing daughter of the University President and Head Football Coach. Their vices bring them together. But once they meet, they both realize they are meant to be. This is a once in a lifetime love. Except that they are both spinning out of control.

Two popular authors writing as one have produced an emotional, relevant story about love in its many forms. However, falling in love, as wonderful as it might b

Five emotional stars for Emily and Adam 💞!

I love Siobhan's and Susan's writing style and this is the first book I've read that it was written by both authors. I love their co-writing and can't wait for their next book.

I have to admit that this book shocked but in a good way because I didn't expect that this book will be so emotional.

I thought it will be typical college romance but it wasn't and because of that, I love it more.

It was more than romance...

It was a story about a broken person

I can’t believe this book had two authors! It is seamless and I became addicted to the story and these characters. Adam is not your typical cocky alpha QB that I have seen so often in sports romances. I found his wholesomeness to be refreshing, and I developed a major crush on him. I empathized with him throughout the story, and I adored his sister Phoebe. He’s an incredible character and one I will never forget.

It took me a while to relate to Emily because I have never been in her position, bu

And siobhan Davis was one amazing read.
Both Susan and siobhan knocked this book out of the park.

This book gripped me from the beginning.
Emily is the football coach's daughter and her mother is the university principal.
Her mother is bitch and needs a good slapping.
Emily as a lot of demons she needs to over come. she was raped when she was 15 years old. She started taking drugs to numb the pain she was in.
Adam is the new quarterback at his university.

A moving story of two young people who were dealt a cruddy hand in life and ended up making decisions that seemed to help in the short term but almost ruined them in the long term. The book portrayed POV’s that were raw and unapologetically gritty. The other side of the stereotypical pusher and addict revealed Adam and Emily as human beings struggling with past and present demons. I had doubts during most of the book that a HEA was even possible with the direction these two were going. Having Ad ...more

This book was amazing, it had me hooked from the start I feel in love with Adam from the get go as he is an amazing character and couldn’t do more for his family! Then adding in Emily and the twists and turns they were involved in just made it even harder to put it down.
