This was sweet and easy going. I loved how Vaughn and Fin really became friends before they got together and developed a slow easy relationship.
I will say, I don't particularly care for this type of mate story (even in book 1) where they have to knot the omega to actually know they're mates. Something pulls them together and they can't stay away from each other, but there's no tell-tale sign until the alpha knots. Blah. (That is my own preferences)
And one other thing...Vaughn pissed me off with an assumption about Fin even after knowing him all this time. I get his doubt in what happened but to purposely think the worst of Fin grated on my nerves. He does grovel so there's that...

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is another book in the Blackwater Pack series. In this book, Vaughn is an alpha and a playboy. Vaughn doesn't think he will ever find his fated mate, he had an accident years before and he thinks he is damaged and no omega will ever want him. Vaughn is also getting a little jealous of all of his friends finding their mates and starting families. Finley is an omega and has a crush on Vaughn, but he has lead a sheltered life and has never dated. Finley also has never had a heat and feels like he is not enough for an alpha. When Vaughn starts to flirt with Finley, Finley is so shy and nervous, Vaughn finds it adorable. They begin to text each other and get to know one another and when Vaughn mentions coming back to Blackwater to see him, Finley gets excited. They go out together and enjoy their date. Vaughn knows Finley is inexperienced and knows he has to take things slowly. Finley wants to be with Vaughn, but he is scared. They begin a relationship, but the long distance and each others insecurities, as well as Vaughn's fear of commitment might cause problems. I really enjoyed this book. I think it tackled a problem a lot of people face with infertility and the fear they are somehow less of a person and less worthy of finding love. Another great one.

"Uh-huh." There were only 29 of these per my Kindle but it felt like there were triple that. They said it like that, they said it with a ?, they said it where it just didn't make sense. Two highly educated guys and I hated it. I did not get how it was used and why all the time, or, well, 29 times.
I think I just didn't like this one and it took me forever to want to finish. I didn't feel much for them and as much as we were told they talked I felt like they never did. I just really never felt the love.

Love
When you find everything you ever wanted against all odds. Two men who thought they could never belong find love and family with each other. These two were absolutely perfect together. I love that their relation ship wasn’t typical. It was more of a long distance relationship and it worked. The writing was great the smexy was great and I loved the nervous shy nerdy vibe.

September 1, 2021I had never read an erotic novel before, and my favorite podcast ‘Reading Glasses’ inspired me to give one a try. I chose to read about gay werewolf men who have the ability to get pregnant 😹 I don’t think I’ve awakened a new reading habit, but this book is sweet and made me laugh. Not sure how to rate it though.

I absolutely loved this book and was honored to have been able to read and review. It was such a phenomenal read and had amazing characters as well as an amazing story line. I just could not get enough of it and once I started reading it I could not put it down. I recommend that you read it.

Great story
This was a sweet and at times heartbreaking read.
I loved Vaughn and Fin. They are made for each other. Their story and relationship was very organic and made a lot of sense.

This is a really enjoyable series. There is joy angst just a sweet love story. I love this narrator. His voice is so southing. I hope there will be a lot more to come from Nikola

Very enjoyable addition to the Claiming series.
I loved these two characters.
Especially Fin. His character is so perfectly developed and his part, so expertly executed.
I especially love Liam's approach to (and apparent understanding of) preggy hormones.
One particular scene had me in stitches. Thank you for that, Liam!
(no spoiler here).
This story plays out with a minimum amount of angst and just the right amount of drama/misunderstanding and subsequent resolution to the issues at hand.
I can't recommend this author enough. I absolutely love Liam's books.
It's not necessary to read the entire series to enjoy any one book, as the prior characters are subtly and perfectly woven into the story, so you are never in any doubt as to who they are, and the roles they've played in the bigger picture. I love that.
So, by and large, this is a Standalone.
For the most part, many of the sexy times appear to have occurred in the past and off page, so only two moderately explicit scenes that I can recall.
No violence.
Very limited profanity.
Heat level around 2 flames.

This beautiful, heartwarming MM shifter romance was an absolute pleasure to read. It has an entertaining, well-paced story-line & plot with some emotional undertones. The main characters (Vaughn & Finley) have complex personalities as they are both struggling with self-esteem issues & doubts as they continue to develop throughout the story-line, there is some good support from the secondary characters.

This is the story of Finley and Vaughn. This story is about finding that person who thinks you are whole no matter if you don't think that about yourself. Finley was raised by human parents and has never had a heat. The doctors think that he never will and will never have a child. He thinks he is broken and no alpha would want him. Vaughn only has one night stand and doesn't do forever. He was hurt in an accident and has become infertile. So he thinks no Omega would want him as he couldn't provide a family. When they meet, Finley is taken back that Vaughn wants him. As their relationship grows they discovery that they are fated mates. They both wonder will this go any further as they both can't give each other children. The story was well written, with likeable characters and lots of steamy chemistry. A great read.

Claiming My Omega is the second book in the Blackwater Pack by Liam Kingsley. The story has humor, steam, and a touch of drama. A good addition to the series.
Vaughn and Finley are such great characters Vaughn is the successful Alpha who although he seems confident and has a playboy rep, feels he may not be enough for any omega. But he is so sweet and loving. And Finley is shy and adorable. But he doubts he is good enough for the alphas in town. These two fit so well together and I adored reading of their connection. The supporting characters were also fun. Made this story entertaining and put smile on my face. I am excited to read next book in series.

Great job Liam Kingley. Never a dull moment in the book. Never had to drag myself to keep reading, I loved this book and the two main characters melted my heart. Vaughn is an alpha, great sense of humor, an omegas male, and through it all Vaughn knows he will never have a mate or a family. Finley is a wonderful omega, quiet and shy, and has not had a heat yet, so why would an alpha want him if there could never be a family. The only thing they have in common is their desire for each other. This story follows their paths and troubles and how they deal with what life has handed them. Beautiful story of friend and lovers, and taking a chance. An amazing HEA

Absolutely loved this story in all ways. It has a really good story line and the characters were great. What i also liked about this book was it is longer than some of the other mpreg books i have read. Thank you for that..... this is definately a must read book!!!

Vaughn seems to be the constant alpha playboy - not interested in a permanent relationship, but with all of his friends getting mated and having children, he starts to feel lonely. But he believes there will not be a HEA for him. He had an accident as a young man which made it impossible to have children - and for an omega that is a deal breaker. Meeting Luke's friend Finley, he is instantly attracted to the overly shy omega. Little by little they get closer to each other until the inevitable happens....

Finley was raised by humans he’s 21 and he’s never had a heat so he went to the doctors and was told that he won’t even have a child so Finley always thought of himself as defective. Vaughn comes into Blackwater he goes to a friend’s baby shower where he meets Finley a gorgeous shy omega and Vaughn is taken by him, they sleep together and find out that they are mates. When Vaughn was younger he had an accident and now he can’t have children so Vaughn became a bit of a playboy knowing that no omega would want him until he meets Finley. I loved this story it’s very emotional I laughed I cried but the ending was so worth it and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Oh great another great shifter series that I need to read. In all seriousness this is a terrific story. I haven’t read any shifter books that talk about infertility like this. The two main characters have each been told that they can’t have kids. They each have reacted to this idea in very different ways in their lives. Neither thinks that they will ever find a mate. Well it is a romance so I guess it isn’t letting the cat (or rather wolf) out of the bag to say they find each other. As to what happens after you will just have to read the book. Now I need to get caught up on this series.

Finley was shy and absolutely adorable. His nervous and awkward behaviour around Vaughn made me smile. Vaughn was a gonna from the moment he laid eyes on his little ‘blondie’. These two had a beautiful connection and I enjoyed Fin slowly come out of his shell.
This was a sweet story and I really enjoyed it.

Very much an, awwwwwwwe, story. Finley and Vaughn both were diagnosed with infertility. They don't share the information, but bear the heavy burden. Owen and Ryker both know and provide unconditional support to Vaughn. Both of their ailments left them commitment phobes, so it took them awhile ot approach their feelings. Can they open up about their physical diagnosis? Will it matter to either of them? Can Vaughn help Fin become more confident? Very nice story. Good expansion of series. I very much love these guys. Despite their apparent differences, Vaughn and Fin are attracted to each other and they start connecting slowly. Both men have issues that they need to get over. Both men think that they aren’t good enough for the other. But they find that their issues really a rant issues when it comes to each other especially when they find themselves having everything they both ever wanted. You will fall in love with these two and their happily ever after.
