It's hard for me to judge, since this is a new area of study for me. It's a surface overview of somatics & the body in psychotherapy from a wide range of practitioners. Not really educating on specifics of somatics but a general idea.

Reading this one now. I would defintely recommend it to anyone who wants to understand how the body and mond are truly connected
