Sweet little book on Maine with soothing watercolor illustrations.

Perfectly fine! Good introduction to Maine.

This would be a great title to share with young children and those of school age before going on a trip to Maine. I loved that there were illustrations of a white cap as well as a lobster with one claw which is called a cull. Also a two page spread illustration of a sporting goods store makes one immediately think of Maine's well known L. L. Bean. The watercolor illustrations keep this title timeless.
