Excellent resource for those looking to take either the AANP or ANCC exam. Helps you go through each body system in a logical manner. I went through this book twice in addition to taking the live Fitzgerald class, and passed the AANP. I don't give this book a full 5 stars because I think that for the money it should come with a CD-ROM of practice questions which is standard with all the NCLEX review books, and would've have been really helpful. (So that you could do a complete practice test, not just sections.)

It's one of the many great study guides for boards! Fortunately, it IS a review and not all new knowledge.
