Rich boys don't fraternize with the help.
They don't fall in love with the help.
They don't risk everything for the help.

We know what we're up against now. Who we're up against. But if he holds all the cards, the truth hardly matters.

The kings of Linwood want me to run. They want me far away from here, where I'll be safe.

I won't go though. I refuse to leave my mom behind,

I am so sad that this series is finished!

The Kings Of Linwood had me addicted from the very first page of book 1 until the very last page of book 3!

I love High school RH stories but what I loved most about the Kings Of Linwood was that all 4 boys had such different personalities, they all bought something different to the table and they all made me fall in love with them separately in their own ways.

The Risk picked up where The Lie left off, with so much intrigue and suspense I didn’t know

The last time we did something to take our minds off everything we’re up against, I ended up fucking River in front of all three of the other kings, and the memory of that night turns the slow burn inside me into a torrent of fire.
“Yes. Please.”
I’m reaching for him even as I say the words, and his lips meet mine in a kiss that curls my toes. Chase kisses with the same sort of energy and gusto that he lives his life with, and it’s easy to get swept up in it, carried away by the feel of his lips

Sizzling Hot!

That was awesome!

What an ending to a great series. These books are addicting and suspenseful. Page after page I became more invested in this story as truths were revealed.

So angsty, twisty and sizzling hot. I couldn't put this book down until I devoured every single word. The characters were amazing and became some of my favorites.

Nothing like a good bully romance, and this one is one of the best. The reverse harem was the icing on the cake.

Highly recommend.

I have some mixed reactions to this novel. I've loved the first two books in this series and I was excited to see how it all ended. Callie Rose gave us a satisfying conclusion to this series. It continued right where the previous book left off and was intriguing, suspenseful and steamy with some twists and turns you won't expect. However the female lead character annoyed me so much in this story. I loved her characters in the previous two books but she disappointed me in this story. Luckily the ...more

I like this book, but I just didn’t enjoy it as much as the previous installments. Something was missing for me. Maybe it was because there weren’t as many plot twists or the romance had been flushed out, but this book just didn’t do it for me. I skim read the majority of the book because I just wasn’t enjoying it. It was a conclusion to the story, but I felt like it could’ve been much shorter than it was and it felt a little unnecessary. Honestly, the author could’ve just tacked parts of this ...more

This has been a great series and Callie Rose certainly ended this series with a bang. Suspense and intrigue, well played out drama and a finale worthy of its cast. I loved all the characters in this series and because they were all so different and brought something different to the table it really worked. For those that love reverse harem, I can highly recommend this series.

The Risk

After the previous book I really wanted to read the conclusion to this series. Overall the final book was okay. I'm a fan of the boys, not so much of the female main character who is a little too immature and judgemental for my taste. I did like the development of the relationships in this book. The plot showed a lot of potential, but felt a little rushed sometimes. A little bit extra attention to adding more (realistic) details would lift the book to the next level. Overall an enjoyable

Crazy from beginning to end

This book started right off at the cliffhanger scene from the pervious book and y’all it put me right back into that headspace. This book sucked you in and held you on the edge of your seat the entire time. I loved it and sometimes I hated it but it’s sooo worth the read!

Great Ending 4.5 Stars

The Risk picks up right where The Lie ends. Harlow and the kings are searching for the evidence against Iris’ murderer to be able to free her mom. She is getting closer to all the boys but I honestly felt that she had the strongest relationship with Lincoln. Almost felt like that was her boyfriend and he just let her fool around with the others even though that’s not how Harlow explains it. All in all I enjoyed the series and can’t wait to read more from this author. :)

I loved this series. This book was worth the wait. I love how Harlow loves each of the guys individually and not as one unit. Each of their characters are different but their love for Harlow is just as strong. River is the sensitive one, Lincoln is the leader, Dax is the dominant one of the twins and Chase is the sweet funny one. Put them all together and youve got the fabulous four. I want a fab-4. The one thing I would've liked would have been for them to show Harlow

The Kings of Linwood Academy went out on a bang...literally and figuratively!
&I honestly wouldn't have expected anything less.
Callie Rose is absolutely in the top 5 of my favorite author's to read, and she never ever disappoints.
I have been following Harlow and her boys from the very beginning, and have gotten to watch their growth individually as characters, and as a whole, in a relationship. I have to say, the love in this harem has so far been one of my absolutely favorite ever read.

She does such an amazing job at keeping each character from overlapping the others. The story was really well done. I can't wait to read more from her.

I really couldn’t have wished for a better ending for this trilogy. It definitely wasn’t what I was expecting and I LOVED it. If you’ve read the first two books, you will seriously love the conclusion! There was no cliffhangers, everything was concluded. I love the relationship the five of them have, and the authors writing was able to compliment the reverse harem aspect without making it weird. I even liked how she incorporated how society reacted to their relationship. On a scale of 1 to

Ahhh! From the VERY beginning of this series, Harlow and her boys grabbed me and the held me until the very twisty end! I loved this series! The plot is great and and has enough suspense to keep you invested, but not so much that you forget what this is..... A LOVE STORY. The guys in this book are all steamy hot, but as I've said before, kne of the best things is their bromance with each other. The fierce loyalty, love and protectiveness that they have for one another is one of the most endearing ...more

What an ending to a great series!! I have been so hooked on this series from the beginning and to finally see the ending was both bittersweet and awesome!!

Here in the final book The Risk, Harlow and her guys are risking it all to clear her mom, and put the guilty party away. But things are not what they seem. There is more to the bad guy than just wanting to hide something, he had plans. Plans that are dangerous. But Harlow will not back down, which forces the guys to back their girl. But the

A Risk Worth Taking!

The Risk is the epic conclusion to the Kings of Linwood trilogy and my gosh, it is everything! Callie Rose absolutely delivers a riveting end to this wild ride.

After realizing who is behind Iris’ death and the framing of her mother, Low and the boys are frantic to do whatever they can to set the wrong things right. There’s so much suspense and so much danger, but is there enough time? A new player is introduced and he could be the lynchpin for this whole thing, but is he

Callie has once again made me fall in love with her writing!! I have throughly enjoyed this series (along with every series she’s released so far) and I’m so sad to see it end but also so damn happy with it!! Her writing just captivates me from beginning to end and this was no different. I loved all the suspense, I looooved the deeper connection between the guys and Low, and I reallllyyy loved all the steamy scenes

I’m so happy with the conclusion of this series and I cannot wait to see what

There's no time to lose, the countdown has begun. Her mothers trial looms on the horizon.

Four boys and one girl fighting for justice and freedom, in a world of deception.

Who will win, the good, the bad or the downright evil?

Wowsers!! what a fantastic conclusion to this trilogy!

I feel I should say it's a direct continuation from "The lie", which was the second book in this series.

The tension, and drama, mixed with moments of love and affection kept me utterly riveted.

The boys oh what can I say

Callie Rose was a new author to me when I started this series, Kings of Linwood Academy. I’m so glad I started reading her, and I’ve gone on to purchase more of her books now that I’m aware of her wonderful story telling.

When faced with an on-going series (not a series of stand alones), I usually buy all the books as they come out and then binge read them. I didn’t do that with this set and I have to say, Callie held my interest, making me want the next book as quickly as possible. She didn’t

This series is everything I thought it'd be and so much more. The third and final book in this series and one you will absolutely fall in love with. I had been desperately waiting for this book to find out what they are going to do and what's going to happen with everything. I was definitely not disappointed by the way this me goes at all. What a rush! The Risk by Callie Rose is the 3rd and final book in the Kings of Linwood Academy series. This series is a must read. If you want a murder mystery, high school bullying and a reverse harem romance then this book is it because it has it all. With an abundance of suspense and drama along with a lot of very heavy steamy sex this book will draw you in and not let you go. Books one and two The Help and The Lie, leaving off on cliff hangers with The Risk bringing the story line all ...more

I absolutely adored this series and honestly can’t be it’s over!

We literally pick up where The Lie has left off, and there’s so much suspense and intrigue in this book it’s literally from the get go!!

Time’s running out for Lows mum as she needs evidence to get her off the bogus murder charge! It maybe easier said then done! Who can they actually trust in Fox Hill!

I loved watching the relationship between Low and her guys grow it was wonderful to watch! It shows how much character growth there

I've already asked Callie this, but how soon is too soon to start rereading a series?

When an author gives you characters that you just love so much you want to keep them forever, you know you have a solid book and in The Risk, that's exactly what Callie Rose delivers. This book provided an excellent conclusion to a suspenseful journey for our heroine and her fellas, and it was everything I wanted from this book. If you haven't read this series yet, you're doing yourself a disservice. I was

What a fantastic ending to a great series!! There was so much going on in this book, so much suspense and intrigue. I thought everything was wrapped up really well, and we saw a resolution to all the problems facing Harlow and her men. I also enjoyed the relationship growth with the other guys in this book, I felt like she made progress with more than just Lincoln. I am a little disappointed that we never got our twin sandwich , although I did like that we saw some one on one with Harlow and ...more

The Risk
Kings of Linwood Academy, Book 3
By: Callie Rose
Narrated by: Amanda Stribling

I loved this series, it captivated me from start to end. Callie Rose is a talented author with a creative mind, she knows how to grab her readers and/or listeners attention and hold it hostage until the very end. “The Risk” is the final book of her “Kings of Linwood Academy” series, by now we are well acquainted with the lead characters, Harlow and her

- callie likes car accidents... doesn’t she?
- harlow was honestly,,,, ugh like she made everything so obvious and you’re telling me she’s supposed to be a great poker player?? lol
- but i don’t hate her. she’s soft. she deserves the world. she just frustrated me sometimes
- i appreciate the murder thing and the trial being dragged out bc it makes it realistic and not rushed for a happily ever after
- despite that it did feel a little bit repetitive with some things, not just with things in

Audiobook Review:

The Risk is the epic conclusion to this amazing trilogy by Callie Rose. It’s crazy for me to think that I didn’t know about this author just a few months ago and now I’ve just finished my sixth book by her. And I’m desperate for more. She’s that good. This book had so much going on that I didn’t want to put it down. Even with having a huge mystery unraveled at the end of book two, there was still so much to uncover in this one as well. And there was the relationship between
This was my least favorite of the three books. I will read other books by Callie Rose.

In the end, I am not sure why the guys were so enamored by the heroine. They all thought she was special, but I did not get it. Maybe I needed to be reminded why she was so great.

In this book, the boys help Harlow in trying to free her mom from being accused f murdering their classmates. They know who is behind the murder, but they are trying to figure put how to catch him and why he did it.

It was okay. I
