This book is about getting your head in the game, learning from your mistakes, and teaches all athletes how to be the best they can at their sport.
My volleyball coach has told me on several occasions that I needed to be mentally touch, and get more consistent with my court skills. She recommended this book to me after we met on my future in my schools volleyball program. She said I had potential to make varsity, but she was concerned that I would be to nervous on the court to even move, which was true. She gave me this book, and I learned a great deal of life lessons. This book taught me how to face my fears and shaking off my nerves before a game. It taught me how to calm myself down. It taught me how to lead a healthy life style and it taught me to shake off mistakes that Iv'e made, and to not let them faze me. If you are looking for a way to improve yourself, the way you live, and the way you think, this book is for you! It gave the uttermost confidence, that I needed, and now I can apply this to high school, when confidence is the key to survival.
