WoW! I read this in one sitting! HOWEVER, I will read again and go through the exercises. Maybe I can incorporate it in my Yoga classes. Simply a great understandong of evolution and how our body moves. Tremendous release to understand how our personal stories create the way we move, or don't move. Quite freeing.
