Light shines on promise lodge By Charlotte Hubbard. expected publishing day 31 march 2020. Amish fiction books are my go to genre.,when I am feeling grumpy or slumpy. Light Shines on Promise Lodge is a sweet and clean romance that was an interesting read. Told from varying perspectives, there isn't really any main characters. It is a story about an Amish community that an unexpected visitor that tries to come in and take over their community. There is Annabelle, whose husband left and abandoned her unexpectedly. and then he returns to her hoping to reconcile.
