I read the 2012 edition. Attractions are sorted by area so if you are using the Tube or rail to get around it's very convenient and handy. All attractions have the nearest Tube station(s) listed, and maps showing the general area they are located, so you can see what else is nearby. At the back of the book are bigger maps of more zoomed in areas, and finally on the back cover is a Tube/rail map.

The only downside for me is that the exact price of attractions was not given (you are just told whether you need to pay to get in, but not how much). I understand prices become outdated fast and can be looked up on the Internet, but at least having an actual price gives an indication straightaway of whether it's worth visiting or not, as well as how much to budget.
